Was one of the unfortunate people to come here for food during my model UN conference. It's not even a lie when I say so many people, literally everyone who ate here, different food, got serious food poisoning, I think this place should get checked out lol. Ruined my weekend.

Dear God please save this restaurant chain location by putting it out of its misery. A model UN conference was hosted and several of the delegates ate from this location. 10% of the participants in this conference were incapacitated by food poisoning. More specifically, over 100 people were throwing up, had bloody diarrhea, and were dying due to their unsanitary practices. The floor is sticky the kitchen staff do not use hairnets or gloves, and they do not clean the spice bowls between uses.

I order from this place multiple times a week and every time they make my wings perfecccctttt. Usually my order is delivered and the food is fresh. There have been times when I come in and I am greeted right away and again the wings dont disappoint. Ive seen the manager there leading the employees and she truly cares.

So I waited a bit before getting to order because they thought I was waiting for a mobile order but I ordered 30 wings split between Medium Buffalo, Mango Habanero and Garlic Parm. Not enough sauce on any of them really. Parm doesn't have any seasoning as far as I could taste. They should be wet not sprinkled with sauce. Just to get people to buy extra sauces. I was wanting great wings but evidently thus place isn't it. The employee that helped me is an absolute dream very professional and very nice. I felt like she cared about my order.

Wish I could give a 0. I tried to order online no luck so I called. They said no order on phone. I told him it was a big order so I would send someone in. I sent the person and even offered to wait. They refused to take her order. Told her to come back in 30 mins to place a 50 wing order and then it would be a hour. !!!! I guess Buffalo Wild Wings gets my money ??

Everyone seems to be on their phones, lady called out online orders and they were there and confirmed it was theirs and she just seemed to be in her phone. They got my order wrong and I told the same exact lady and she literally walked off and started being rude. She needs to be put in her place this is unacceptable to be treating costumers this way

Ordered wings for a group of 5 and got all the way home to find out we were missing an entire order. We returned to the restaurant and there was no sense of urgency considering now the rest of our food is cold.

The food was actually good, I don’t even like wingstop honestly but the cook today did a great job. As far as customer service? Terrible? I called to order over the phone and when they said they can’t take orders over the phone, I jokingly said “what!? Since when!” Lol but the employee caught an attitude and said it again so, I began to ask another question but he kept getting louder repeating the same thing and I literally had to stop him to ask if I could just call in add extra sauce to my online wing order. When I got to the location, no one greeted me or said hello, there were two men waiting already. When the guy finally addressed me it was quick and sassy. I asked him if he could add extra sauce to my wings and he just kept walking so, I asked again louder in case he didn’t hear but he heard me he was just being sassy. They were having loud conversations that weren’t about work and just not being attentive to the customers. I had to yell to get their attention because one of the other customers kept saying “excuse me” but they were all in their own worlds chatting it up. Then a woman walks in and the one guy is just all in her face “Oh you’re pretty! Yes REAL PRETTY!!” And proceeded to help her with no issue. It was very colorist being that she was a lighter skinned woman like the guy himself, while the rest of us were all brown to dark skinned. The fact that he showed her so much attention and courtesy while he treated the rest of us like we were bothering him ? Is quite concerning. As a secret shopper? I would have failed this place immediately, thankfully I was there as a courtesy today. I guess they don’t care about how they treat their Veterans…. I always withhold this information to see if people will treat me differently and they always do. I hope they get a better selection of employees to run that kitchen because today was not the best experience

This is the worst Wingstop ever. This is supposed to be garlic parm, 8 pieces. Casselberry Wingstop is much better. Can’t believe I paid $20.00 for 6 tiny wings. The wing is the width of my finger are you serious smh

It was super busy so ima give them that but the manager is unprofessional and was rude to almost all the customers that came in. I am going to be reporting her to corporate because it was ridiculous how she was acting on the phone. Idc if ur pregnant. If you can't do ur job and your the face of the company ur a joke. Got a whole baby to provide for and you going to jeopardize your job. Ma'am u work at wingstop. Least you can do is your job. So basically I had ordered the combo with the corn. I called and spoke with the manager and let them know I did not receive my corn. And I would like to be reimbursed in some way cause I did not want to go back and wait for corn when I had already got home n had all my food out on my table. Instead of giving me an efficient solution she gave me attitude and said we'll did you check your bag. N I said no. Which lead her to make the smart remark of we'll how are we supposed to know you didn't get everything if you didn't check your bag? Uhmm I'm sorry did you not get the order? Did you not cook the corn om that order? Did you not have proper training on how to get an order ready? Andd the worker there just said I think it's all in there. No one said to check the bag. I never asked for a refund. And she continued to go back and forth with me then finally said we can have the ticket here n noted that you didn't get your corn and you can pick it up when you come back. For a store that's busy and being a manager she had no critical thinking skills, lack of empathy on a mistake that was made by her store. As someone who worked in the food industry I know that no one has time for all of that. She could have started with a solution instead of saying it was my problem and fault that they didn't get my order right. I hope the calls are recorded cause that was ridiculous and they should know how she was acting and talking. I would not want her to be representing my franchise. Tenaya or Tinaya. Not sure how to spell it. But this was the worst experience I have ever had at wingstop. N I will report her everyday until corporate does something about it. This isn't the first interaction I've had with her like this. N I was looking forward to the corn. I am not going back cause I bet she would do something to it and I wouldn't know.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. While customers were in the store they were all fighting and shouting at each other….calling one another the n word, cursing, and making a general unsafe atmosphere. Not to mention no gloves when handling the food. One couple who was visibly uncomfortable left the store before ordering. As much as I like wings, Customer service is dead at this location and I won’t be back.
