As someone who is a fast food manager, I totally understand how overwhelming it can be to have a lobby full of people and not enough staff. However, the customer service was horrible. Workers were not attentive to staff at all and had terrible attitudes. As a manager you should be able to set tone for your shift and carry a team with positivity and encouragement. There was no hustle or urgency when making food. The food was amazing, 10/10 but the customer service was horrible.. don’t know if I’ll go back to this location..

For Mr. Drew Gooden, according to the online ordering portal, my order was supposed to be ready in 13 mins....it took 40!That wasn't my issue.It was 1. the fact that Gabby (the manager, a guy), didn't greet customers as they walked in and up to the register, he simply stared at them and waited; 2. he told me 15 more mins when I arrived the 1st time (which wasn't a big deal), then after 15 mins, I was told another 10 mins (also not a big deal), but didn't acknowledge in ANY way that my order was taking much longer than it should; 3. the fact that he didn't listen to what I was asking him after he quoted the remaining 5 mins; 4. the fact that he never apologized, but said "listen I'm not going back and forth...you can wait or get a refund, and I can also refuse service!" in a very rude tone.Anyone in that store would attest to the fact that I had no chance to ask another question, and did not get rude or loud with him. I've never received such treatment from an establishment!!Hey Gabby, "S-O-R-R-Y we misjudged the time" or "thanks for your patience" goes a long way in customer service.

Honestly this is the BEST wingstop I’ve ever been too. I get from here all the time. The manager is awesome! The food is awesome! The customer service is next level. I’m so thankful I found this spot. I would drive over 30 minutes if I had to before I went to a different wingstop.

This was our first time visiting this establishment and the last. We had the Parmesan bone in wings. These wings were over cooked, dry and very hard. This was totally disappointing as bad as we wanted some wings.
The food to this restaurant is disgusting. The wings were dry. The fries were hard like a brick. I don’t recommend this place at all.
