Good food
They no longer have their best side item. Bring back the Congri. The black beans and white rice don’t taste nearly as good. The Cuban toast is always good. The picadillo was much better than last time. The cafe con leche was of course delicious

Great place for a quick and delicious authentic cuban sandwich. The tostones and the ham croquetas with the accompanying sauces are especially tasty.

I was told that my food was ready upon my arrival. However, when arrived I waiting 15 mins for my order to be completed. All while watching an employee seen eating in the kitchen. The food is fresh and always delicious but this poor service is irritating and unprofessional.

This location has gone down hill especially with the food quality and the customer service and service in general. This morning I decided to give them another try after the failure of last time. I did not write a review because I do not want to bring anyone's business down but after this morning I just decided enough is enough for us locals. Last time I ordered an oatmeal and iced coffee the oatmeal was old, watery and tasteless. I mean how can you mess up oatmeal and you are a food chain? Let's talk about the iced coffee more than half of it was iced and same thing barely can taste any flavor very disappointing. This morning I was rushed to get to work and decided I will just order something else and pick up well to my surprise(sarcasm) the website was not working. So I decided to call the restaurant(good luck finding a live person) first time I called someone picked up I said hello and they hung up on me. The second time I called no answer and it said they are "helping other amigos" the third time I called it kept ringing very unserviceable. This was at 7:30 this morning so no rush, I passed by the plaza as I do everyday on my way to work parking lot was not full so what is the issue? I went and gave my money to the mom/pop cuban restaurant down the block instead and next time I will go to the Zaza's on Curry Ford who are completely a 10/10 this location needs help!
