My husband and I frequent the Altamonte Springs location quite frequently mostly for breakfast. They have a great menu. They also offer a variety of Cuban pastries and specialty coffee. The Altamonte location did a remodel recently and it is an awesome improvement. They have added more four top and 2 6 top tables and reconfigured the floor plan. Previously they had very small tables. They also have outdoor pet friendly dining.

Will a chain, Cuban restaurant ever be better than a true mom & pop Cuban restaurant? No, it’s just not possible. But does Zaza come as close as possible to matching one?; YES, it does.
This Classic Cubano Sandwich was very tasty and extremely well done. I got a side of black beans instead of fries, which were delicious as well.
• Pro Tip: get a side of the house made, green hot sauce.
The music inside the shop was a little too loud today. But the staff was warm and accommodating. I just don’t come here enough!

The food is always delicious; the employees are very nice (Camila came to my rescue when ordering thru their system) and Maria is always very helpful and the atmosphere has always been great here, however, it improved significantly with the recent transformation. Sandra makes the best cafe con leche and is always smiling!! The Cuban toast and their food is genuinely Cuban and always very flavorful. Zaza Altamonte Springs…you rock!!!

Worst Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had!! The pork was shredded and looked like cat food. Couldn’t taste the cheese at all. Won’t be back!

Zaza Cuban Food in Altamonte Springs is absolutely fantastic! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and full of that authentic Cuban taste you can’t find everywhere. Their Cuban sandwich is perfectly pressed, the rice and beans are seasoned just right, and the plantains are always cooked to perfection.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. You can tell they take pride in what they do — every meal feels homemade. It’s a great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, whether you’re dining in or grabbing something quick to go.
If you’re in the Altamonte area and craving real Cuban comfort food, Zaza’s is a must-visit!
