Every time we go by here it is mobbed so we figured it was a safe bet to go here for a delicious breakfast. I had the worst omelette that I have ever tasted. The rest of the food was merely passable. Then I used the restroom. Filthy dirty rotten restroom. Just don't look up. You'll be horrified.

The best country cooking! Like your grandma used to make! Several different types of pies for dessert, and homemade dinner rolls.

Kind of a weird experience. Food was great. However our server never introduced herself, so even if I had kind words to give I couldn’t, she just walked up and asked “do you know what you want?”. Our food was dropped off, and we didn’t see her again, until well after we were done. She never came to ask how the meal was, per usual after a few minutes, so I couldn’t even tell her my order was wrong, she disappeared! We got boxes and the check. Our server was standing behind the front counter as the cashier rudely blurts “so are you leaving a tip or no?” Ummm. I always tip. And typically pretty well, but that’s not really how you go about that. I did tip. However, if I did have another tip, It would be when your customer asks for cheese in their grits, you get the simple order right, and always come and make sure they enjoy the meal you dropped off. Not sure if we’ll be back.
