Holy smokes, run don’t walk here. The food, ambiance, drinks, service.... all OUT of this world. 8 girls on a trip and every single person said this was the best restaurant of the weekend!

My husband and I had the best dining experience beginning to end! Thank you to hostesses Liz and Bailey for letting us move to a different table by the pool so we could fully experience the majestic atmosphere! And our server/bartender Douglas was just the best! So attentive, fun, and personable and even started the night out with taking our picture in various spots around the restaurant! Food & drinks were outstanding and we will most certainly be back when we return to 30A! Thanks for a wonderful date night!

Incredible, look no further for the best dining experience in Rosemary/Alys area. We had a large party celebrating an event - and Gray & the entire Caliza team went above and beyond to make the experience perfect and memorable. The ambiance was dreamy, the food was unbelievable - don't skip the dip trio appetizer, the pesto pasta + burrata, and the P&P Smash cocktail. We did a set menu and cocktail - it was delicious. Absolutely the highlight of our trip and can't wait to be back.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely date night here. The food was amazing: we enjoyed appetizers (and regretted not staying for dinner since the apps were so delicious). I had the squash soup, he had the lamb and octopus. So amazing! The service and ambiance were incredible, too. Hands down our favorite restaurant during our stay - we will be back!

Beautiful dining experience. The food was creative and fun, if not exceptional.

It was mostly highs but a couple one low. The service was incredible and will come back again. Loved our server and the whole vibe. Felt Covid safe. The only low was pasta dish that I thought was going to be pesto burrata and breadcrumbs and came out tasting like milk and mint. So much mint. But the server noticed that I didn't really eat it and brought us a complementary dessert. I don't fault them. Just wasn't my favorite dish. Everything else, the dip trip + tuna tartare were amazing and we will definitely dine here again.

We loved everything about Caliza. It was a beautiful evening. It was very calming and relaxing experience. The food was excellent and the service was great too. Casual fine dining at its best!!!

we are locals and have been to Caliza before. I enjoyed my other visits but I have never felt like it was anything more than ok food and a beautiful setting..... until now. everything was perfect.. crab cake wrap, salad, and scallops were perfect. This was a phenomenal experience. WOW

Meal was rushed - food was average. I had the short rib - it was extremely dry. The lobster lettuce wrap - the taste of the mayo(?) based sauce overpowered the lobster. Wine was nice and the cheesecake tasty. While there were very few tables there was a private event - with guest speaker was extremely loud and distracting. Pool is always beautiful in the evening.

I'm so glad we ended up at Caliza for my husband's birthday. We almost didn't go because the reviews on here were mediocre, and I cannot understand how. Everything put in front of us was perfection--every cocktail we tried, the octopus, ceviche, pork chop, and key lime pie. The only thing that wasn't perfect was my husband's tuna (slightly overcooked), but it was flavorful and on such an amazing pasta that it really didn't matter. Absolutely comparable to all our favorite Atlanta restaurants.

By far the greatest atmosphere. From walking up to it, to the Covid precautions they have, to the food. You won't be disappointed. The nicest staff at the beach is working there. The food no matter what you pick is incredible. Great portions, and the flavor I will dream about until we come back next year. So glad we had this restaurant recommended to us!

Scenery was beautiful, food was good, but service was poor. The server rushed us the entire time, did not refill our water, and made us feel like an inconvenience.

Unfortunately our experience was a disappointment.. I was so excited about this date. We made the reservation a month in advance since it stays so booked. The ambiance was beautiful.. our server, Khonger was wonderful. The Grilled Octopus and the Frisée salad were delicious. I had the Bee Sting martini and loved it. John and I both decided to get the Grilled Beef Tenderloin.. mine Medium and his Medium Rare as Always. Our server went over what that means and we all agreed. When they came out we both cut into each of our steaks to make sure it's done properly, as is customary in fine dining establishments. Mine was grayish brown, his was light pink. We shined our phone lights on them to get a better look and our server quickly picked them up as he too saw that they were both over done. He was very polite about it. Not a big deal.. it happens. We carried on with our conversation enjoying our drinks and the atmosphere. A little while later a young man came up to our table and introduced himself as the general manager, Gray was his name. He said, "I don't mean to be confrontational here, but this steak IS cooked properly.. maybe you just can't see." I wasn't sure which of us he was even addressing. So I asked him. He didn't know whose steak it was. We politely told him that the steaks that we were served were both over done. We were both stunned that he been so rude and arrogant. I am surprised that such a fine establishment has a manager that has no couth. He acted as though we bruised his ego by simply wanting our food prepared properly. I shared with Gray that he really might want to try a different approach in the future. I really wanted to Love this place and have an amazing evening. When I choose to spend $300 on dinner, I expect better manners than this, so disrespectful.
