Love grabbing a drink here- service was a bit slow but on 30a you shouldn’t be in much of a hurry

I have visited Neat many times on various trips to 30a. However, their service during my most recent visit was something I won’t forget! This time, we visited Neat with our 5 month old on the Fourth of July. The staff went above and beyond to provide what we needed to warm his bottle, and even let us sit inside with him during the firework show, despite the fact that they had closed for the night. Great drinks, apps, service, and staff!

Drinks and ambiance were wonderful but server was strange and awkward- analyzed real IDs for a long time, asked to recite addresses on the IDs- not the regular service at NEAT serving adults!

Has a whiskey sour for $8 at happy hour (and a $5 beer)—great price for a great drink. Chill atmosphere—not too cool but cool enough. Had our teens with us and didn’t feel weird about that. Good service. An excellent place for day drinking.

Kid-friendliness: A table close by had their well-behaved toddler in tow and that seemed right for the atmosphere. We had our teenagers with us and didn’t think twice about that.

Immediately welcomed. Very friendly bartender that made amazing cocktails. Very chill, great place to grab a drink and cool off.

Neat is a beautifully decorated establishment and very enjoyable to be at for a craft cocktail and some elevated snacks. The mixologist / bartender made our Old Forester (100 and Rye) old fashioneds exceptionally well!The hummus stuffed peppers were amazing and you can never go wrong with the rosemary coated marcona almonds.Everyone has different personalities and styles, but we would recommend that when a patron comes to NEAT that the bartender and or host would mention the happy hour and happy hour menu in addition to the regular menu if happy hour is under way still.

We got there at 9:30 and according to google closed at 10 only to be informed it was last call. Then reminded by the red headed waiter not once but three times. We decided to buy a bottle of wine at 9:36 so we would not inconvenience the staff. We went into the wine room and was asked by the red headed female attendant what kind of wine we liked. We told her cab and blend along with two major names. She reminded us they were having last call. I said well recommend a type she said well i need to know what type of wine you like. I said well we have already told you that. After that i decided to leave but my party decided to remain only to decide to leave because the female attendant continued to rush. All this happened before closing. We decided to leave the overpriced wine store because of the lack of service, lack of attentiveness, and the rudeness by the female attendant. I would rather anyone go elsewhere for a decent experience and without a doubt a better price.

Upscale dinning very nice place to go

Gone downhill over time. Loved it years ago. Some recent staff were rude or generally had attitudes. Check was wrong. Newer places have better service now.
