The coast salad was one of the best salads I have ever had. The rest of the food was about a 4. The waiter ( Blake) and servers were amazing!

This reservation was for my Dad's birthday. I called ahead of time with my credit card info to cover the entire meal. He was given the bill, paid for it, and was told the champagne and dessert was on the house..except I was charged $34, so no it wasn't on the house. I am thoroughly disappointed as this was supposed to be his birthday present since I was unable to celebrate with him in person.

Everyone was very nice and our waiter was truly a five star act. During introductions he found out enough about us to become our guide for the evening. By the end of our meal we would have enjoyed having him join us for coffee. It doesn't get any better. Food was outstanding and service impeccable. It was spring break/ Easter weekend, so there were many families and a few young children which added to the noise level, but not in a negative way. Having survived many family dinners at nice restaurants, I was most impressed with the subtle way RC catered to this younger clientele with a low cost buffet built for kids. I am often offended by how poorly restaurants and other service establishments adjust for the season, but my hat comes off to the management and staff at Ritz Carlton.

We were staying at the Ritz - we did both dinner one night and lunch another at Coast. Both meals were delicious and the service was 10/10! The scallops for dinner were incredible.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal and excellent service. Our servers were attentive and not overbearing. Chilled oyster appetizer was delicious as was butternut squash soup. Entrees arrived hot and delicious...full of flavor. The scallops could have had more rice with them. Braised short rib was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The short rib could have used some polenta or grits as a starch base. The fresh catch, swordfish, was cooked perfectly, remaining tender, served with a bean and tomato sauce. Chocolate Gelato and a unique style of cinnamon cheesecake served on top of a shortbread cookie closed out our meal.

Although the menu selections may be a little limited, the food they do create is phenomenal! I would return just for the Roasted Butternut Squash soup. One of the best tasting soups I have ever had. The Braised Short Rib was perfect! And Daniel our waiter was top notch! It was a beautiful evening on the patio with the heaters providing just enough warmth to keep a cozy, quiet ambience! Exactly what you'd expect from the Ritz Carlton!

This is our favourite restaurant in Amelia Island, and whenever we vacation here, is the place to go. What makes this place special to us is the service. We espacially like Cornel, he is always so attentive and professional, and very friendly , makes us feel so welcomed. Thank you Cornel ! We are looking forward to our next visit!

Took my wife to Coast for her birthday. As soon as we arrived the hostess sat us and our server Blake was great. The apps and meal were fantastic. Due to it being busy our drinks were a little delayed and they compensated us the bottle we bought. Would highly recommended Coast for a night out!

The menu was a bit limited - we would have liked more seafood options. The butternut squash bisque was excellent. The chicken was delicious. The scallops were too rich and saucy for my taste unfortunately. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very nice ambiance!

I brought my wife for her birthday and upon arrival the host had out table ready. Our server Blake was great ( very entertaining and professional). The appetizers and entrees were first rate. The bottle of wine was complimentary and the extra touch for her birthday was appreciated. Coast is a great spot for a special occasion. As local residents, we will be back for sure.

The food was just bad. We had the strip steak and the jerk chicken. Both were nearly inedible. We also had breakfast the following morning which was also not good. Raw eggs. Bacon must have been cooked hours in advance. I think store bought freezer waffles would have been more fresh. Would not eat here again.

Entire dinner experience was great from the greeting at the hostess station to our final cappuccino. The dress code listed 'casual' but this is in Ritz-Carlton so casual here means no tie or jacket is required and women would still be comfortable in slacks.
