We had wonderful service every day but the last morning with Karin was beyond our wildest expectations! She is so courteous, kind and accommodating...an absolute dreamboat of customer service. The Omni needs to make sure to keep her on staff!!

We went for the Christmas Day buffet and it was great! Many, many choices--I don't think you could eat one bite of everything they had. Turkey, beef, chicken, pecan-crusted salmon, all the side dishes, breakfast foods, a kids' station, seafood station, and desserts. I ate until I almost popped.

When pushing 90 the treck to the restaurant was way to far from the parking garage, different rooms for different foods more walking, food was over priced. Will I ever go back? No!!

Took 30 minutes to find it in the Omni maze. Way overpriced for a buffet, on which the food had been standing around. Only green beans and broccoli offered as vegetables. The desserts were good. Not at all what we expected from the Omni We will NOT go back.

Christmas Brunch 2025 was absolutely wonderful! Wide selection of perfectly prepared food. Everyone was cheerful, and the restaurant had a warm ambiance. We would rate our experience 10/10, and we would definitely go again.

We went for Christmas Brunch and it was very good. Service was a bit slow at first as we were left for about 10 min after being seated but the assigned waitress was very good. Food was typical of this type of hotel buffet but they did have lots of choices. The only two bumps were cold plates that made your food cool off too fast and some items were not hot. Given some minor annoyances, we would go back

The food was good but I think it was overpriced. $22 for one glass of wine is ridiculous. The service was fantastic. The musician that performed was really terrible, just do without him next time. The dessert bar was great, very friendly staff.

We tried the Omni out for Thanksgiving dinner. The food overall was good but the service was terrible. My husband and I ordered a martini before we started the meal, we got the wrong martini as we finished our second couse and it was again incorrect on the second try. In addition, there was a birthday and the servers came out loudly sang...is this a resort or a longhorn? Also, the price of the bill did not equal the quality of the buffet. Needless to say there are other reasons, but we will not be returning to celebrate holidays with the Omni. We mistook this resort for a classy place.
We decided to have a destination Thanksgiving this year and stay at the Villas of Amelia. We booked the brunch and had a no stress, no mess, perfect dining experience. All of the food was beautifully displayed and was perfectly prepared. Everything was delicious and we all agreed that the turkey was the best turkey we have ever eaten. The sticky toffee pudding was my favorite and we will definitely do this again next year.

We are local and decided to come for my wife's birthday and Jennifer took the experience of having breakfast to a level that we will forever remember and cherish. Very overrated.. the chicken included with the chicken and waffle was dry, espresso was burnt and there were bees everywhere. I was extremely dissatisfaction. I was looking for at least a 4star meal.

My server was very attentive and she discovered it was my birthday and had a little sweet treat made up for me and she had the rest of the staff to join her in singing happy birthday to me the Stevie Wonder version... 😊....I really appreciated it....it was a good way to start the day!

I made a lunch reservation weeks ahead of time and came 10 minutes early. It took them 20 minutes to seat my group of 7 and it took an hour to get us our food so with our 12:30 reservation we were not done until 10 minutes after 2 PM. There were others that came up without a reservation and were also told they would have to wait 10 minutes. If one has a reservation, they should get priority service over the majority that did not have a reservation.
