The biscuit itself was delicious. However, the sausage had no flavor and tasted like a frozen patty. One of our biscuits had bacon and it wasn't cooked well.

Okay the food was AMAZING! However, I wish there was a little cool area to sit and enjoy the meal without getting too sweating. No doubt, the biscuit is soooo yummy! Soft and fluffy biscuit with delicious bacon and egg and cheese. It’s a walk up window, and you order and the food comes out quick! So yummy and highly recommend!

Awesome breakfast spot in Apalachicola that is definitely worth an early drive over from St. George Island! I got the honey butter chicken biscuit and my wife got the sausage and egg biscuit, we both loved our choices. I would definitely go back to try their sweets, on my list for next year’s trip! Amazing! Biscuit Factory is the best! Great and super friendly service. Don’t come here expecting a fancy place to dine. Do bring your appetite for tender flaky biscuits filled, smothered or slathered with brisket, eggs, sausage and other goodies. They also have homemade scones and blondie bars. if you’re in Apalachicola, don’t miss this. It’s a real treat. Opens at 6:30 AM.
