The kindest owners around. We were the last customers of the day and gave us a free sandwich. If you can, definitely make your way to The Biscuit Factory!

love this place. It’s a family business with great food and friendly staff how could you get better? I always get the brisket biscuit (which is literally 10/10) but today I got a sausage egg and cheese & it was also incredible. The base biscuit is always perfect too. I’d add pics but I ate it way too fast and forgot. So come see for yourself

The most incredible sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast biscuit sandwich ive ever had. Im very picky about my food, especially my biscuits. Im so very glad to have stopped here for breakfast before leaving the area for our next stop.
Biscuits aren't dry. They aren't super flaky and are super moist. The best ever, and hubs and I travel a lot. Love it. Wish we had one of these back in DFW. I'd be a regular.

Ok guys, you are experiencing old Florida— enjoy. My husband and I visited for three days and ate breakfast here twice. Our meals were delicious. I had the brisket biscuit. I usually don’t eat breakfast but could not wait for the morning! Looking forward to our next visit.

Holy smokes at this hidden gem! All the times I have been to Apalach and never knew about this place! Hands down the best breakfast in the area! Had to be a fat boy and try the honeybutter chicken biscuit and the cubed steak, egg, and cheese. You won’t be disappointed and will be full off one!

The biscuits were exceptional, and the service/hospitality was even better. We were visiting over Thanksgiving and we’ll recommend it to anyone we know who will be visiting this charming town.
Great spot for the early rising crowd. Biscuits are light and fluffy not super dense and a nice way we found to end our morning walks through town. Friendly staff just like everyone we’ve dealt with in town.

This is an absolute must have for breakfast! The folks that run it are so nice and can absolutely cook delicious southern comfort breakfast food. Being so close to the water means you can go and have breakfast and watch the boats/birds go by. We love this place!

So delicious! I had the brisket, egg, and cheese biscuit slathered in gravy. There’s nothing made out of a can or packet here. It’s all homemade. Definitely a 10/10. The guy that owns it is also super cool.

This was the BEST biscuit I’ve had in a long time! I’m sure the rest of the menu is just as good as the honey butter chicken biscuit!

The biscuit itself was delicious. However, the sausage had no flavor and tasted like a frozen patty. One of our biscuits had bacon and it wasn't cooked well.
