Very disappointed in the service! The bartender , Madison told us that the kitchen was backed up and we couldn't order, but people came after us and immediately got service from another server. She also told us that the new York strip was on special for $22 and when we got the bill it was $30. I drank 2 margaritas and she charged me for 4 and argued that drank 4. You could tell that she favored people that where sitting at bar, must of been frequent customers or locals. Very disappointed in this establishment and will never go back!

The Apollo Bistro always hits the spot for my family and I. For instance if we are just wrapping up tennis practice it’s a great, quick and easy option, or even a family get together on a Saturday for lunch. The food is always good. Menu has great options for the whole family. The specials are always thoughtful and well planned. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. They are a great option in Apollo Beach and I always recommend it to friends and family!

Try a sparkling hibiscus martini! Can't get enough of these. Also the flatbreads are delicious. Nice quiet atmosphere.
My bestie and I go to Apollo Bistro to eat lunch almost every week - Brittany is our server and she is totally amazing! She remembers us and knows our order and she is extremely attentive but not intrusive!! We really love having her be our server! We both LOVE the burger bowls - that meal is consistently delicious!! So glad we found this gem of a place to enjoy our weekly get togethers!

Food was good, not great but excellent value, everyone was very friendly, sat at the bar, had dinner and a beer so girl behind counter didn't have to move, food brought out by someone else. We left 20% tip but I was charged more than double for tip on card, an extra $10 on top of tip, called and left two messages on their voice mail and 2 different times of the day, never got a return call,
