I love this place and all the people in it. They are professional and personable all at the same time. They make you feel welcomed.The food is delicious at breakfast, lunch & dinner ! It's great to have a place like this in Apollo Beach. Tyler, Rachel Mandy, Jose, Cassidy and the rest of the employees make it a great experience !! They are my local Go To😊

We had a group of six tonight at the Apollo Bistro and were served by Ashley. The food was delicious but the service was outstanding. Ashley was great. She put up with our nonsense, listened to my joke and then responded with a few jokes of her own. She was right there when we needed her and made the entire evening a great experience. We will ask for her next time we visit.

Can’t say enough about our dining experience at the bistro last night. Our table of 14 had a fantastic meal with excellent service. Ashley, Our server, was amazing and unbelievably efficient at taking care of our large party. Great food great service and will definitely be back soon.

I had the Blue Cheese Walnut Salad with Salmon. It was delicious and fresh. My salmon was perfectly cooked. Our server was Sky, and she was very nice. This was my first visit, although I am often around the club.

We thought we’d try this place for dinner. It’s a little tucked away in the tennis club, but worth a try! The place is small, but the service was fantastic. Ashley was attentive to our needs and very personable. The food was outstanding! We’ll be back for sure!

The food was ok, but the service was terrible. The waitress was terrible and had an attitude. Won't be back. It took FOREVER to get any service and just went downhill from there. The only other table The waitress had started complaining as we were leaving. Very unfortunate. The first time we ate here, everything was great, but thus time it was awful.

Great food but our waitress maybe came to the table twice, we asked for water which took 10 min to get, asked for boxes to go which took at least 15 min to get. Then she made a rude remark at the end. Food was great but service was terrible…
On the water. Visit every year, meeting friends. Always enjoyable-then visit close by power plant to view manatees.

Very underrated restaurant. The food is amazing and the drinks are just as good. Service is top notch and they are extremely accommodating no matter what. I have to leave an honest review and the only tiny negative is the atmosphere. It’s a bit bland but if you’re with good company or just with your significant other it’s overlooked in a second. Please do try and support this place. It’s worth it for sure.
