Beef 'O' Brady's

Arrived on time based on the estimated pick up time. Greeted and told my order would be checked on 10 min later still waiting. What should have been a quick pick up (not crowded) ended up being a long wait 20+ min with poor communication and a lack of customer service. I will not dine in here. Thank goodness after the long wait the garlic parmesan wings and curly fries were delicious.

We've been to many Beef O'Brady's. This one a few times. We've always gotten what we expect, decent food. We had friends down from Brandon and took them on a Tuesday afternoon between lunch and dinner rush. We had the taco Tuesday special with chops and salsa. OMG! Everything was perfect! The chips were so crispy and warm! The tacos were tender and juicy. They tasted fantastic. All four of us were thrilled. This was the best taco Tuesday ever! Including multiple Mexican restaurants! We were told the chef was a woman. She deserves the title of Chef!

Hannah was a godsend! She was quick and very sweet! Beefs is usually busy on Tuesdays when I bring my kids in for their kids night, you can’t beat 3.49 for a kids meal so I anticipate slower service and am fine with it, but NOT TONIGHT! Hannah was on top of everything! I will ask for her from now on! And Jade the manager is the sweetest!

This place is mostly busy. Not totally bad for service, it's just most of the time it's delay, and sometimes the server shows the "why did u come here" gestures. We come here because we like the food.

waited over an hour for our 2 go meal. my husband got his wings 20 min before i got my salad 40 min before the rest of the party got a bowl of rice and a chicken salad. manager refused to talk to us

I would have given no stars if possible. As usual this place I horrible in food service. The food came out at 5 different times and terribly small portions. I have lived 1 mile from here for 17 years and it has always been the same. Pour quality and poor service. Beware of the raw chicken, it’s a normal item on the menu.

I asked to speak to the Manager but he was too busy to speak to me.

Won’t be back.

They need to advertise more, I didn't know it was in Apollo Beach till I googled it.

Went to Beef's for lunch with my wife. We got there around 12-12:15, and we're told we could seat ourselves. There was only one server on duty. She was polite and covering 3-4 other tables. She brought us menus and came back a few minutes later to take our drink orders. She then came back a few minutes later to take our food order. I got the lunch burger, and my wife got the chicken tenders. The food took quite a while to get to us. We had to eat quickly so my wife could get back to work on time. The food was OK, but nothing special. The price was reasonable for lunch.
