I have given a great review before. I dont know what happened since then, but had to wait awhile to be waited on, eventhough i was only one in line. 01/15/2026 order taken at 1013 & finally received at 1023. Coffee was luke warm. Hash browns were cold. French toast sticks room temperature. The only thing hot was the croissant sandwich. Very disappointing!!

It's a shame you walk into this store with your young child and no one's at the register and all you hear are the the employees cursing and when you ask them to stop cursing because you have your young child with you, they just ignore you and continue to curse and yell louder. At the point I just left and didn't want to spend my money at this establishment.

Every time I come here I am disappointed and I'm not sure why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. I've never waited so long for cold food and missing items anywhere else ever. They are slow, the food is thrown together sloppily, and they constantly forget to put items in the bag. I have no idea how and why it takes so long to get food that's already cold

I literally have the worse experience from this location ever and it sucks because it’s the closest one to me. It never fails with the staff, they constantly close EARLY. I get there 15 to 20 minutes before close every time. And they look me in my eyes while I pull in and then don’t answer the speaker or have anymore present at the window. Should seek new staff immediately. I’ll be reaching out to cooperate and I wish for a manager to contact me.
