I love New China Star. Food is always incredible and service is always top tier. The fact they are open later than other spots in town is a huge plus. I'll always be a repeat customer as long as I live in the area.

Very DISHONEST people!! Told me my total was $22+ dollars..so I said, ok. Round it off to $25. When the food arrived: The total was only $20.01...so they quoted me an extra $2--to get over 20% gratuity. Nice try! NEVER. AGAIN.

They delivered within 30-45 minutes. This is some of the best takeout Chinese I've had in a while! I recommend 10%. I for the general tso chicken, egg drop soup and crab ragoons.

Wish there was a lower rating than 1 star. Food is good. Customer service is -187. The kid on the phone serves zero purpose. You ask him a question and he has to ask someone else for the answer. Couldn't figure out how to look up our order, then come to find out they only had 1 order out for delivery. Should have been pretty easy to figure out it was ours! Food was 1/2 hour late when we called, said the driver was 6 minutes out. another 1/2 hour later without food we called again. We didn't want food that sat in someone's car for over an hour if it were to still arrive, they wouldn't even refund our money. Shitty way to treat customers.
