What a pleasant dining experience on a boat basin.
The food was extraordinary. My friend ordered the shrimp appetizer and it could have been a meal it was so generous. And the shrimp were fresh caught large Gulf shrimp. I got the Parmesan dusted Grouper with spinach and tomatoes.
Our other friends got the steak, scallop and shrimp combo. Delicious drinks and wonderful service.
Highly recommend.

Disappointed by the Decline
This restaurant used to be one of our favorite spots — the location is stunning, right on the water, and it had a reputation for both excellent food and service. Unfortunately, it seems that as the business has grown, management has lost touch with what made it special in the first place.

Our most recent visit was frustrating from the start. After being seated, we waited over an hour for our food with no communication or updates. It felt like we were expected to just sit and wonder when — or if — anything would arrive. When the food finally did come, one of the pasta dishes had a hair in it on the very first bite. And for the record, it definitely wasn’t from anyone at our table.

Another uncomfortable moment was being handed a printed list of “kid rules” the moment we sat down. While I agree that children should behave respectfully in public spaces, presenting a list of rules before we even ordered felt cold and unwelcoming — especially when we hadn’t given any indication of needing such a reminder.

Lastly, and I say this with respect for individuality, one of the servers (not ours) had a long, untamed beard that felt unhygienic in a dining environment. First impressions matter in hospitality, and it just didn’t feel like the level of professionalism we once experienced here.

This place might still draw crowds due to the lack of nearby options and that beautiful view, but great views can't make up for poor service, slow food, and a lack of hospitality. I truly hope they find their way back to the warmth and quality they once had.

Tonya was our server for Father’s Day dinner and was amazing. Provided us with great service and was very friendly. Food was good had some apps and entrees. Drinks were also great from the bar.

Beautiful decor...quiet romantic corner table for anniversary dinner. Staff was friendly and food was GREAT!

Another great experience place! Lots of outdoor seating to watch boaters and sunset. We only ordered drinks so I am unsure of the food menu.

$25 dollars for 7 pieces of shrimp with potatoes is almost insulting. Our waiter was excellent though, the best part of the visit. The pricepoint is frivolous

I got turned off by this place ten years ago, (so called grouper bites) however decided to try it again. 1st time for the Mrs here... high prices for the quality of food. They advertise fresh squid... maybe fresh when it was caught... very low quality squid.. it was so thin that by the time the coating was cooked, all that was left of the squid was some thin film inside a hollow crust. Hot wings appeared to be precooked and slathered in an off tasting Buffalo sauce. Server only checked on us twice the entire time... Will return in another ten years as I see nothing to bring us back.

Food was decent but overpriced. They at least give you good portion sizes for what was paid. Very loud open atmosphere. Probably won't be back.

What a fun place. We loved the atmosphere and all the outdoor seating. My husband and I split the Cajun grouper dinner and my husband added a salad. All were very good. We both had a drink. Prices very reasonable. Highly recommend.
