The restaurant was only 25% full, yet we were told there would be a 40‑minute wait. They refused to push two empty tables together, and the host staff were openly rude telling us to step aside so they could help the group behind us without even checking us in. This place clearly thinks it’s far more important than it is.

Lunch was so good. The grouper sandwich was so moist and good. I would suggest that when you visit. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Food and wait staff were great! As a large party of 11 though we were incredibly disappointed that we could not be seated by the water. Plenty of empty tables available. Section was not closed. Simply told it was not possible. We even offered to split our party to accommodate the table setup and they refused to accommodate us there.

First time eating at this establishment. We were looking forward to eating at The Clam Hammer and watching some football. We showed up with my 2 month old grandbaby. We were told we couldn't sit at The Clam Hammer since you have to be over 21. Really? Do you think the baby is going to drink? Never heard of this at any Florida waterfront bar/restaurant. Our server apologized for the inconvenience. However when we were leaving we walked by the 21 over bar area and saw a baby in the area. I guess only certain people are allowed to have their babies in there. We missed watching our football team. I won't be visiting this place again.

Lunch at Circles Waterfront Restaurant in Apollo Beach felt like a little coastal escape. Sitting right on the water, the laid-back vibe and breezy views set the tone for a relaxed, sunshine-soaked afternoon.
We shared a spread that hit all the right notes. The Baja Fish Tacos were fresh and flavorful, with perfectly cooked fish, bright toppings, and just the right balance of crunch and zest. The Cajun Sea Scallops were tender and beautifully seasoned—rich, and cooked just right. And the Grouper Bites were a table favorite: light, crispy, and unmistakably fresh, perfect for sharing and dipping while watching the boats in the marina.
It was the kind of lunch that makes you slow down, savor every bite, and appreciate good food in a great setting—classic Florida waterfront dining done right. 🌊🐟

Excellent service by staff member Billy! Great food (grilled shrimp with 2 sides, and steak with shrimp & scallops), great views, good music, and excellent surroundings ~ a beautiful resort atmosphere in a perfect setting! Very happy with our visit to Circles!
