There’s no brisket in the brisket bowl💀. It’s also really small. My drink amount is also never consistent, I get a medium and sometimes the cup is full and sometimes it’s barely over halfway. The people are usually nice depending who you get.

Where do I begin? This establishment is clearly lacking "leadership" while the employees give off the "my job sucks, we hate it here, atmosphere". Ice cold hashbrowns, with a sandwhich that tasted like freezer burn and a coffee that had closer to 10 pumps of caramel, instead of 3... Such a shame that a simple operation that seems to be fine in ALL other cities/states, can be SOO horrible in Apollo Beach - STAY AWAY FROM THIS MESS or get a coffee from 7-11.

Terrible! I made an online pick up order that was paid in the app and once I arrive they tell me that they are sold out of all munchkins. So I asked for a refund and the lady tells me they don’t have a manager on duty to process one. This place is a joke!

I make a much better cup of coffee! But was out of coffee and broke down to buy a cup. $3.32 for a weak, over sugared(they put it in for you) cup of garbage. I get a12oz bag of organic, high elevation beans at Aldi for $5.99 and make it properly with a French press. Coffee should be made at about 195 degrees. Any more and you destroy it!!!!

I have encountered repeated issues with one of the employees at this Dunkin. On my first visit, I placed an order through the drive-thru, was charged for someone’s else order. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the mistake until after I left, only to find that I had been overcharged for someone else's order. When I returned to address the situation, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior from the manager on duty. Although a blonde employee attempted to rectify the situation by offering me a dozen donuts as compensation, I was left feeling upset by the manager’s demeanor. On my most recent visit, I encountered the same manager at the drive-thru window. Despite the pleasant experience I had while placing my order with the blonde employee, the manager's behavior was again unprofessional. She handed me my order in a rude manner, slapping the scanner and rolling her eyes at me. This behavior is unacceptable, and it has left me questioning the quality of service at this location.

I’m not too sure who the management is at this Dunkin but I’m assuming their attitudes are just as miserable and rude as their down line employees. I asked for a couple shots of a sugar free syrup and the lady acted as if I was stupid and like my request was the biggest inconvenience for her. Upon coming to the window, she gave me a dirty look and got less shots than what I paid for. The management above the store management CHECK YOUR PEOPLE !

Went to this Dunkin Donuts at 5:45 pm on a Saturday night. The lights were off and its was closed. I saw a few of other people with Dunkin Donut boxes in the gas station so I asked if they were closed and got an extremely rude response from the female behind the counter.
Will never go to this location again. Why is it closed? More importantly why is the staff so rude?
