This place is a nightmare. Do not even waste your time going there. I was in the drive through for 20 minutes, and nobody was in the intercom. I left and the car before me left too. Dunkin Donuts needs to do something with these people employees. Apparently they do that often.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Took THIRTY MINUTES in the drive thru w only FIVE CARS. And this is EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Please fire the current morning crew and hire people who actually care. This place is truly terrible.

They do not stay open till 9pm ! Here now and already cleaning and closed ? They just opened back up and on the same bs from before should of just stayed closed.

Terrible service asked for an ice coffee extra creme extra pumpkin and one liquid sugar. I received a coffee that might have had one cream, one pumpkin, and granulated sugar. The cashier was nice, but whoever made this abomination of a drink needs to try a little harder next time. Who puts granulated sugar in ice coffee anyway? Further, the coffee itself tasted like the sugar they used was for the sweet black pepper bacon.

This is in a gas station, so parking and the drive-thru are both a nightmare. Everything is either burnt, stale, or both - which is especially strange.
There were only two very young ladies working as hard as they could but there was at least two more employees needed for the traffic this site gets.

No donuts. At Dunkin’ Donuts ? I have been there three times now on different occasions and this last time they’re sold out of donuts. The first time totally understandable because it was 30 minutes to closing , the second time was around 3pm and I thought well okay maybe they’re making a new batch or something. This time was 2 hours before closing and I’m starting to think they just don’t sell donuts anymore? What happened lol. This is right by my house so it’s a real bummer.

First experience with them wasn’t terrible, it’s just that I order something before work at 4:26am, went through the drive thru to pick it up but no one answered through the voice box. I pulled up to the window to see if anyone was there and there was. The employee told that he didn’t know how I was able to order anything because they open at 5. I was confused because on the app and their sign outside it says the drive thru opens at 4. Second experience, I went inside this time to pick up a mobile order and wasn’t assisted for a good 10min (I was the only customer there).
