the people were nice enough but this is in a gas station and it isn't exactly a nice clean gas station. If you are going to pay coffee store prices you probably will think this isn't the place to go. If the coffee here was gas station prices maybe it would make a bit more sense

Evening staff are playing games with the drive thru. They won't take an order until after the customer leaves the window. They are doing this so customers pile up behind the store and most people will see that and continue on. Also, very rude and unprofessional! Manager, clean your house!

EVERY single time I go to this location in the drive thru, NOBODY will answer on the intercom. I have to pull up and wait .. one time I waited for 15 mins .. girl just looked at me and walked the other way. Tonight I pull up and I asked what time they close because of my other encounters not getting help. She would not give me an answer. Just asked what I wanted. Online and the sticker on the window says 10pm. It was only 8pm. Worse Dublin Donuts service .. again EVERY time!!! And it’s never after 10pm. Tonight is my last time going there
If I can put negative zero. My son and daughter went to buy some donuts and were in line before 11am and while waiting in line the lady said it was closed, really you couldn’t serve them and Mind you it closes at 12p. It’s Christmas and 2 young teenagers trying to get some donuts way before they were supposed to close. Talk about a real grinch!!!

Sitting in drive through for 30 minutes because there's only is only 2 Employees in the restaurant at 4:30 PM on a Saturday is absolutely ridiculous I Normally walk in to pick up my online order but today because I have my dogs in my car I decided to come through drive through the same 3 cars have been in front of me for 20 minutes Somebody needs to do something
Disaster. Just ordered a black coffee. Waited 10 minutes and never got it. I guess I paid a 3.11 tip for absolutely nothing. Everyone in front of me was frustrated with orders that were wrong. Couldn’t even buy 7-11 coffee there had to go to the Dunkin’ counter.

Very poor customer service and the staff do not know how to apply rewards. I attempted to use a reward and the cashier scanned my app without applying the discount. The manager was called over and neither knew how to apply a discount once your card was charged. I was told, “sorry, you can come back tomorrow since we already charged your card.” Very poor customer service.

Worse dunkin ever. Only 2 ppl there know what a Cafe con Leche is and the other doesn't bother to learn to make it. If you work at a coffee shop know how to Make every drink on the menu. It's a shame and shows the staff and manager which I have voiced my concern still doesn't care to teach there staff how to Make a simple drink on top of that they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE .. CALLING CORPORATE

If your drive up speaker is out of order is it that hard to put up a sign to let people know this? You rather customers wait then pull to the window to be completely ignored to then go inside to find out it is broken?? Was hoping to speak to a manager but of course he was not there.
