Went with a fun pretty friend, so that was likely why I had a decent time and gave the rating I've given. But full truth is... there's no food and no hard liquor. Basically just a beer hangout. With that being said, the patrons looked like normal non-etreme people. Nice bartender. Decent atmosphere. It's alright. 3 and a half stars, but I'll round it up for argument sake.
We have shown up here twice and they were not open but their website and door says they should be. Wish we didn’t drive all the way here on this side of town. Maybe call first if you visit…
Last I checked, the place changed hands and they don't even brew their own beer. We went there hoping it was a brewery and it is not. At least not any longer. Hopefully that will change.
They use to brew their own beers but apparently have a new owner and no Brewmaster. I found this out when I went there last year. I have not been back since and don’t plan on going unless they start brewing there own
Not a brewery. Service/bartender was great. Food truck (Cousins Lobster Rolls) was great. But was confused to find they don't make any of their own beer, despite their name, and the beer selection they do offer is extremely limited and pretty main stream (maybe 6 or 7 beers?). Seems like nothing more than a local's watering hole (everyone inside apparently knew each other). Don't waste your time here unless you're coming for the food truck.
Four Stacks Tap House. No beer brewed here or by their brand period. If this place wasn't in the location it is in, it would've closed up long ago. It's a tap house run by someone that has to be new to the TB craft beer scene. Someone with the $$ but not the knowledge. That kind of sums up this area as far as craft beer though. People who want to join the fad, but have no clue what a real brewery is.
Great place and ample styles of bee, nice food truck today
Used to be so much better. Bartenders are great, this review is not about them. Frequently out of beer on the board. No one responds to social media regarding schedules. They stopped posting the weekly food truck schedule.
Very sweet bartender, gave excellent recommendations and service. Highly recommend, can't wait to go back!
Comedy show was great...tried a new cider...pumpkin something....sooo good...staff was nice....the food truck was yummy. Good times, great place to hang out with friends

Good selection of beers for a little bit of every different type of beer drinker, even the no craft miller light drinking guy you might bring along. Id say a decent environment. Most people seem to be regulars and bartender is friendly. Food trucks/entertainment often. Brewing equipment in the back but they are not brewing and haven’t been for some time so not sure whats going on with that. 4 stars for environment and rounded beer list.
Yea. Not a brewery so should probably drop that from the name. long search for that brewer you all claim to be looking for. Call it what you are, a bar. Love that they have Miller Lite listed as a pilsner in chalk though and So Co shot things, lmao! New owner (s) need to go hangout at a few real breweries so they can learn what they are truly about. Take some of your staff with you because you all have no clue.
It's a bar that has great waiters, low prices, live music sometimes, foods trucks outside and a chill atmosphere. Not much else to say
Love love love Four Stacks! Awesome beer, even better people. It’s so wonderful to have such a nice place in Apollo Beach. Lisa is always friendly and service is top notch.
Wonderful place to be! Great selection of craft beers!
