My entire Large Pepperoni, medium cheesy bread and small chocolate cinnasquar arrived very late and was NOT hot. Also the secure tape on box appeared tampered then another sticker placed on box and cinnasquar was not secured. It arrived very sloppy and cold for the first time.

If I could give negative stars i would. They were charging FULL price for everyone of there items and wouldn’t honor any online deals or specials or anything. I felt like in a crisis like we are experiencing that’s the minimum they could do.

Had several good orders from here but today was different, we ordered 3 different flavors of boneless wings, when the order arrived we got 2 plain boneless and one plain bone in. When called to let them know, they said that they could give us our wings but would need back the ones we got, and that garlic parm was no longer offered yet it was on the website and app, so they said we could just get our money back for those or size up another wing flavor. Wish the website and app showed correct so that we knew what was available and I feel that I should’ve received compensation for the wings being wrong even if they are sending out the ones we ordered.

This not the first time Marcos does not follow instructions. I continue to order pickup and it's not right. Double pepperoni THIN, THIN, THIN. Cut in squares. One job! They offer to correct, which is fine. However, the wait is another 15 to 20 minutes when I've already waited 20 minutes. No thanks. When my order is incorrect bad reviews will follow. THIN, DOUBLE PEPPERONI, CUT IN SQUARES. Thank you.
