as soon as I get notification that my pizza was ready for pick up I went to pick up my pizza today at 11:50. the crust was uncooked and not risen . the garlic butter was cold and the pizza hardly warm. I will not return to this place.
Christine has the best customer service ever at the window.

Never again will we order from this place. We get our delivery last night and half our order is missing so I called the store and talked to the manager and she was rude and condescending and basically called me a liar. Terrible customer service And they didn't make it right.
Just ordered an XL pizza, wings, and cheese sticks. I paid 20% tip for the driver. Driver brings the pizza and wings, but no cheese sticks. I yelled, “where’s the cheese sticks”, but he kept going. I tried calling several times, but no answer. I drove there (wasting my tip for delivery) only to find out they never made them. This the last time I order from Papa John’s.

My experience with Christina was absolutely great! She was quick and efficient; she anticipated my need for plates, napkins, pizza condiments. She wa truly a pleasure. We need more people like Christina who gives great customer service.

Christina took my order and I usually don’t leave reviews but this lady was nothing short of amazing. Honestly she was just super sweet and assisted us after her coworker made a mistake. Thank you Christina!!!

I definitely don't recommend ordering from this store. Our Uber Eats order arrived with half of the pizza missing. Not sure if it was an employee or driver issue but the store refused to make a new pizza even with us offering to bring the half eaten one back to the store. Knowing that my food was tampered with, we didn't touch any of it. Disgusted and disappointed.

Called because ordered 2 items and get one wrong item yaya stated that is what i ordered so she said she can give me a break and reorder and pay half don’t want to argue so I agreed. But when she gave me the total it was more than what it should be if I ordered the 6.99 order pair and it was messed up ur not going to charge me reg price and said that’s what it is. So I asked her name and smartly she said yaya and I am the manager. Not Aceptable.

Paid for and ordered online for delivery. Watched the tracking, waited outside, order never delivered but tracker said delivered. Called the store and explained the situation. The employee on the phone could care less. She kept saying the driver said he delivered it, left it on the front porch, and called. I kept telling her that it was not delivered to my house. If it was delivered the driver went to the wrong address. After repeating this several times, I asked what color was the house. The driver told her burgundy with a long driveway. My house is green, totally fence, and did not have a long driveway. I asked to speak to the manager. I was placed on hold and the same employee came back saying again the driver said it was delivered. I asked if I am supposed to get in my car and look for a burgundy house with a long driveway to pick up my food. She said she would talk to her manager. I told her I would come to the store. I went in with pictures of my house and was met with a blank stare. The manager came over to assist. I explained I only want what I paid for. She offered to make the order for me while I waited. I didn't get compensation for the delivery tip that I left. The manager seemed nice, but the employee working the front had headphones on, was on her phone, and was not interested in assisting me in finding a resolution. I was treated like a liar. It was blatantly obvious that as a customer I was not valued.

Store messed up my pizza. Called store spoke with manager to get a replacement. Even though I already paid the delivery fee they wanted to charge me another delivery fee for the "free" replacement pizza. Apparently Papa John's is partnered with doordash instead of using their own drivers so now even if they screw up your pizza you've got to pay for it to be redelivered. This is ridiculous. Papa John's needs to change this policy. The store screwed up not the customer, so the customer shouldn't be the one who has to pay the delivery fee.The store should.
