Planet Smoothie

We stopped in when visiting the area and we were craving smoothies. There were a few customers ahead of us and the line moved smoothly. The kids working there were well-trained and hard workers. All the smoothies we ordered were great and we all have different tastes. The place was spotless both out in front and the bathroom. I wish we had a Planet Smoothie near home. If I return to the area, I'm definitely stopping at this Planet Smoothie again.

I visited this store for the first time on Saturday, January 31, 2026, morning time and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The young man who made my smoothie did not have a good attitude. He prepared it carelessly and seemed annoyed the whole time. He even made it incorrectly, and the other girls had to help him fix it by adding water.

When I asked him what went wrong with the smoothie, he responded with a bad attitude and said, “I always make it right,” even though I had clearly seen that he didn’t. When I got to my car and tried the smoothie, it tasted completely awful.

Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this store again.

Horrible customer service- these teens don’t give a greeting- i go to the register and she says what are you getting- when she finishes my order- she didn’t say have a great day or nothing- dragon fruit was still frozen

Definitely has to be the best smoothie place in the area!! I walked in tonight to get a light treat for me and my son and Sergio at the front had great customer service skills, he helped us pick out something that we would like and made sure we were satisfied with our order, thank you Sergio!

I was running errands with a friend, we were running out of time. We decided to have a smoothie to keep going and save time. We ordered the Fiji Island Breeze. How delicious! From now on my addiction. We ordered it online and picked it up. It was so convenient!

I’m always greeted when I walk in to this location and the girls always make my drink just right! I had to write a review because my last time in the young girl working not only gave me my medium sized smoothie but offered to give me the extra that was in the blender into a small kids size cup. I stored it for the next day, I really appreciated that. Great environment, clean and I never wait long!

I’m getting really tired of paying 14.50$ for a smoothie and it doesn’t taste good lately, not to mention horrible customer service from the kids… So today I walked in as always never greeted. One girl was sitting down in her phone and didn’t even acknowledge. I was standing there so I was able to take a picture and this is the picture that I took of her as I’m just standing in line waiting to be help. I understand this the weekend you kids are tired yeah I know, but you work you know you work in the busy days I get off of church on Sunday and this is the first thing I seen you know the girls are not being as polite as before everything‘s just not the same and I come there every single day this is what I don’t understand And it just seems like the service is getting worse worse and worse with that being said, I purchased the energy powder drink to start making my own smoothies and if I just need a smoothie, you know, I’ll just go back to smoothie King because they never ever fail me and I live right across the street from planet smoothie this is the crazy part about it!!!!! Don’t worry I won’t be back I’ll keep that 14.50$…

These little kids need to stop talking to much and get to work made me late when I waited over 20mins for a nasty tasting drink!!!! Yall definitely need more workers then to slow kids definitely on weekends.I guess I will drive to smoothie king in Brandon no worries….

Ordered a large bubble trouble and it was delicious. was made quickly and Lola was very conversational while I waited. all around a clean and professional atmosphere.
