As first-time patrons of Rack City Ribz, we walked in planning to grab ribs for an event (excellent choice, by the way!) but ended up falling in love with their beef brisket. We ordered the 5 lb brisket pan, and it unintentionally became the star of our family/friend-giving. Everyone raved about how delicious, tender, and downright irresistible it was. Our guest were even hoping we had some secretly stashed in the back lol.
Huge thanks to the team for taking such great care of us, especially with our last-minute order. They still delivered top-tier service and came through promptly with A1 customer care. Highly recommended!

Best texas BBQ Ribs in Tampa metro area. Better than Texas BBQ in Dallas and Austin Texas. Flavor is spot on, smoke is well balanced, and meat fall off the bone!!
