As first-time patrons of Rack City Ribz, we walked in planning to grab ribs for an event (excellent choice, by the way!) but ended up falling in love with their beef brisket. We ordered the 5 lb brisket pan, and it unintentionally became the star of our family/friend-giving. Everyone raved about how delicious, tender, and downright irresistible it was. Our guest were even hoping we had some secretly stashed in the back lol.
Huge thanks to the team for taking such great care of us, especially with our last-minute order. They still delivered top-tier service and came through promptly with A1 customer care. Highly recommended!

We ordered Rack City Ribs for our neighborhood party. We got major compliments on all of the food! The cost was very reasonable and the guys were great to work with! I highly recommend Rack City Ribs!
While I enjoyed the food - it’s some of the best bbq I’ve had in a good while - I was crushed by the portion size. Ain’t no way that was 20$ worth of food!! I was confused when he handed me my bag, as it wasn’t a bowl as advertised. I looked past it, left and opened the bag to see the small container. Now I’m grateful for the food, just felt a bit ripped off. I thought spending 20$ on some bbq for 1 would get a decent meal, but to spend that and to still have to go get more food lol wild. And I’m not the biggest guy lol Their flavors are nice, no complaints or issues with the food itself (outside of it being lukewarm); But that itty bitty kids meal sized container was disrespectful for what’s being paid. The fact I’m not the biggest and was still hungry after… come on now.
