LI JUST FINISHED EATING THE PULLED PORK PLATTER AND IT MADE ME CURSE THEM OUT! I am extremely picky about pulled pork and baked beans coming from Alabama. This place {{{Knocked it out of the park}}}! I simply don’t care for BBQ in the Tampa Bay Area because most of the time is simply not good or a chain that is inconsistent. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP BY AND GOVERNMENT THEM A CHANCE. I saw a video on TikTok that lead me to this place. The guys are very professional and I respect that above all. I order a little bit of everything to get a feel for their skills. The brisket was tender to the cut by way of the fork but not so much on the chew. The ribs were maybe not the freshest pr maybe I just got a few bones not as tender. They definitely didn’t come close to falling off the bone. The sausage, peach cobbler, and beans were good. It’s not bad by any means...

My opinion, this is the best barbecue food in the Ruskin, Riverview area. They are really friendly and nice people. Prices are really fair for what I ordered it. The portions are really good. The ribs taste amazing and the corn casserole was my favorite. I’m definitely coming back for sure!
