To start with I really can’t rate the food because we never got it. We ordered our food a meatball sandwich and ravioli. 45 minutes later, we still had no food on our table. Everyone else around us was receiving their food. I went back to ask what was happening, and, of course, I was a little upset. The lady practically scolded me for being upset about not receiving our food. No one ever apologized or gave a reason other than saying they had a lot of orders. I went back to my table waited another 10 minutes and went back again , the woman was upset with me because I came back . She said oh they’re just putting the ravioli in. Anyone who knows anything about cooking ravioli knows it takes at least another 20 minutes. I said “they’re just starting to cook the ravioli? And “and she gave me a nasty look. we asked for our money back and left never to return. There was no good customer relations Anyone who worked in that restaurant.

Food is good as always! But today the service was terrible. Older lady who is there is very rude and grouchy. A Hispanic couple came in trying to figure out what to order. The gentlemen order his and the lady was still not sure the couple was talking amongst themselves to figure what the wife wanted. The old lady who works there was like I can’t u derstand the language you’re speaking in. Once again the couple was speaking to each other not her. She said to the couple that they are rude the couple wanted to pay for their food and she denied them service because the couple was deciding what to eat in Spanish to each other. She quoted learn to learn. Whatever that means but she was acting racist towards them and simply denied them service because they were speaking to each other on what they were going to eat. Not to mean too. That older lady was rude to another coworker there.

Such a disapointment. Nothing went well in my experience here. I would imagine if you live in the area maybe you stop in here for a pie however if you are only spending a few months in the area I would probably just skip it over.

The food was good and plentiful, and they offer daily specials. The seating is limited for groups of more than 4, so be aware of that. The decor is not fancy, as the focus is on the food. Only bottled water was offered, but they do free fountain drink refills.Parking: It is located in a large strip mall.Kid-friendliness: Perfect family restaurant.

This pizzeria claims to be like NY but is worse than some of Florida pizza I highly not recommend this Dough
Great pizza! chewy but with a thin crunch on the bottom, quality sauce not too sweet or acidic, and generous cheese portions. The guys that work the counter are very warm and friendly. Reasonably priced and they do offer weekly specials from pizza to pastas. Would recommend to any pizza lover!

Not bad pizza. I would say it's a little expensive for the quality and recommend they leave the pizza slices in the oven for another minute and 30 seconds so, that it can be less floppy.

Yeah, this place has some balls calling themselves a pizza parlor. I travel all over the Tampa bay area and usually stop at these type of places and get a two slice special.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The lady at the counter is rude and short with customers and her coworker. And on top of that the pizza they gave me was like two days old and tasted completely gross. Will never visit there again they should actually close .

Called for an 8 cut pizza ,was told it would take 35 minutes, which was fine. I got there 15Inches early my pizza was on top of the oven done.The person doing the pizza's should not have been there no smilesno greetinglookef like she was un happy. When I got home found out she took it out on our pizza it was dry,burnt and disgusting. Threw half of it out. Will not go back and pay $$$$ and throw half away, that's $$ we donated.
