This is our go to Starbucks since moving to Apollo Beach. The service previously was not good! What a difference it has been, so so happy. To be greeted kindly when you walk in and to top it all off last 2 times we were here, we sat outside and guess what?! Max and Emma brought our coffees outside to our table. Everyone knows thats not the type of service Starbucks staff offers. That was absolute delight. Thank you Apollo Beach Starbucks way to set yourself apart.

You're better off to go inside than wait in the line...half the time the person in the window has no idea when they have run out of food items, so we have waited a long while to end up leaving with nothing by the time we get to the window.

Another coffee stop but I needed a pick me up. They always have a clean bathroom and comfortable seats.
I come here pretty often to get coffee and the staff is always so nice and friendly ^-^ very warm and inviting.

This Starbucks is absolutely horrible. I ordered a grande caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel so you would think you’d be able to taste a little bit of caramel but this drink just tastes like nothing. I don’t think it’s that hard to make a caramel drink taste like caramel it’s not rocket science. The workers here need extensive training on how to make a simple drink because this service is just unacceptable.

Power went out and I came to get the traveler for my morning coffee! Max is a great choice for your staff and an asset for your company.
I went inside to wait for a friend to meet me. I was the only customer in line and it took 5+ minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I never saw any of the employees smile. It seemed the focus was on to-go orders and the drive through. The drink was good and waiting area was clean.

I’ve been to this location on at least 10 separate occasions at different times of the day and they never have cold brew. I can go to other locations any time of day and they are never out. At this point i just avoid coming here since they are always out of my drink of choice.

Had an issue with my order from yesterday the we had delivered to us. We called and spoke to a manager who was nice. Came to get the remakes today and the service is horrible. The staff is rude. The drinks are still not right. I did bring it to their attention and the staff just got worse. Adam was quite rude. I will not be returni g to this location again. Please take the time and drive a little further it is worth it.

We ordered online but our drink took 30 minutes. People were stacked up like cord wood in the drive-thru and in the store. We asked about our order 3 times and were assured it was coming up. Total disaster with regard to customer service and staff hustle. (Or lack thereof. )
