I asked Max for the Strangers Frapuccino, which we found out it's still not available in the U.S. however she offered to recreate it. Between Max and Jose checked what this beverage is and made it to perfection. Thank you guys, the drink came out amazing and your service was beyond excellent. You guys rock!

I’d say order ahead is the best option, I visited this branch on Nov 18th, regular Tuesday morning and I ordered at 8am it’s been 30 mins and my order still on waiting, I counted they have more than 4-5 staff. So, just be aware of the time.

Sat in the drive-through line on October 30 my weight started at 11:10 and 1145. I was told that I would be taken care of in a moment. At noon I left at noon I left. Hands down the absolute worst. Get your shit together

This might be the worst starbucks ever. Given it multiple chances, but they always take forever to make drinks. You can put a mobile order in with a 10 minute wait, show up after 15, and still wait in line for another 20 with 4 cars in the line in front of you. Their capacity has to be something like 15 cars an hour through the drive through and it makes no sense. The Starbucks on Big Bend is 1000x more efficient, don’t giving this one chances.
