This Starbucks is absolutely horrible. I ordered a grande caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel so you would think you’d be able to taste a little bit of caramel but this drink just tastes like nothing. I don’t think it’s that hard to make a caramel drink taste like caramel it’s not rocket science. The workers here need extensive training on how to make a simple drink because this service is just unacceptable.

I went inside to wait for a friend to meet me. I was the only customer in line and it took 5+ minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I never saw any of the employees smile. It seemed the focus was on to-go orders and the drive through. The drink was good and waiting area was clean.

I’ve been to this location on at least 10 separate occasions at different times of the day and they never have cold brew. I can go to other locations any time of day and they are never out. At this point i just avoid coming here since they are always out of my drink of choice.

Had an issue with my order from yesterday the we had delivered to us. We called and spoke to a manager who was nice. Came to get the remakes today and the service is horrible. The staff is rude. The drinks are still not right. I did bring it to their attention and the staff just got worse. Adam was quite rude. I will not be returni g to this location again. Please take the time and drive a little further it is worth it.
We ordered online but our drink took 30 minutes. People were stacked up like cord wood in the drive-thru and in the store. We asked about our order 3 times and were assured it was coming up. Total disaster with regard to customer service and staff hustle. (Or lack thereof. )

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks I’ve had one drink messed up one time and the manager was super sweet about it and just made me another. Yes it can be busy ….get over it. So are so many others. These are people doing their best trying to consistently get through the rushes. If you don’t have time to wait Dunkin is next door and hardly ever busy. Love this location, applause to the hard work these workers do day in and out that others don’t want to. ?? ?? ??

Ordered a hot americano with an extra shot of espresso and I got a cold coffee with no espresso in it. I paid over $5.00 and tipped $2.00. Don't think I'll be back.

I have stopped at this Starbucks various times of the day throughout the last year. I only stopped if I'm desperate. The staff is always rude and unattentive no matter what time of day you stop. They are very snippy if you ask about a drink that you've been waiting on for quite a while. I've been to Starbucks in many many states throughout the last 30 years and this is the worst location.
