The banana protein matcha is DELISH! And I usually have a great experience but lately the drink is really inconsistent and I know we are all human and mistakes happen time to time and I just roll with it but these drinks cost money and it’s happening a lot lately. It’s just protein cold foam on top of the drink, it’s not complicated to do or make. Seems it’s super runny sometimes or mixed into the drink which isn’t the correct proper way to make this drink. Please work on consistency! Otherwise you guys are awesome. Thank you

Every single time I stop by, she greets me with the biggest smile and somehow always remembers my drink — my extra dry triple espresso macchiato — perfectly every time! It’s such a small thing, but it makes my day. Thank you, Anyssa, for always going above and beyond and for spreading so much positivity with your kindness and amazing customer service. This location is by far the best Starbucks in the area. Not only is It predominantly drive-through which makes it quicker it’s also some of the friendliest and sweetest people that worked there on the regular. If you are a regular at that Starbucks they know you and know your order. Great staff great people- Love this location

They are always out of something normally what I want. Also they let you wait in the drive through for a while before they take your order if they even do. Won’t stop at this one again too many others around that don’t have these problems.
This is my go to Starbucks since the Apollo Beach location is terrible. I stop by nearly everyday after my gym session to fuel up before work! They make the best brown sugar cold foam shaken espresso and always get my customizations right. There is hardly ever a wait, even in the mornings, they get through their orders quickly and the employees are also very nice and always in a good mood.

The girl working was SWEET and remade my drink no problem, but I ordered a classic drink off the menu, the only thing added was augar packets, and it was made totally wrong. She remade it but it was still wrong. I get it all the time at different starbucks and always have consistency.

Went for a venti matcha on sat 4/12… Instantly while at the intercom I knew something had to be off.. The voice on the other end just sounded like today wasn’t going as well as it should.. I’m a positive soul so brushed it off, placed my order and continued to the window. Met with only more attitude ( Jimmy) paid for my order and received what has to be the worst Matcha in the history of Matcha’s.. 🤣 I’m a positive person so it’s hard to stay negative! Seriously it was bad! I told the associate and he requested to place another scoop in.. 🧐 disappointing but I approved… not only was it the exact same but had what seemed to be someone else’s cover with a completely different drink splashed on the outside of the lid!! 🤮 I had to return that drink didn’t even want the money I had a meeting to get to… all and all Jimmy if your having a bad morning rotate to a position that you can still impact the team with out sacrificing the overall integrity of the store…

The only time you’ll get your coffee or matcha made amazing is if the girl with the dirty blonde hair is at the window other than that everyone else should be fired for the terrible drinks they make I already know my matcha ganna come terrible if she isn’t at the window.
