My absolute FAVORITE SPOT! The owners are so accommodating! They’re always smiling and looking for ways to make you feel welcomed. These are the FIRST protein shakes that don’t make me feel icky from artificial sweeteners. They taste AMAZINGLY sinful. But they aren’t! Good for you and tastes yummy?! YES PLEASE! Don’t leave without trying the protein donuts and protein pies! My goodness! Just go!

I am so happy they were open on New Year's day! My husband and I stopped by to try because I have heard such good things about this spot. I had the Banana Carmael shake and he had the Mango Pinapple . They were both absolutely amazing! I love that it did not have that gritty bite to it. The owners were just so nice and inviting! I can't wait to return for the Peanut butter and Jelly one! Go visit and shop local!

Horrible parking and location. Inside the shop is also really tight. I had the protein donut & smoothie. I’m sorry, but I was really disappointed that NOTHING tasted good. Wonderful customer service, though.

I almost dont want this amazing place to become popular, but that's just selfish of me. Popped in for my first time this morning and got 2 protein donuts and an iced coffee. Idk what is better, the actual product or the people. The vibe here is IMMACULATE. Chefs kiss. Decently priced. Staff is super friendly and helpful and ready with recommendations. I'm actually going back after work today!

If you’re looking for a tasty pick-me-up that actually fuels your body, RUN to The Healthy Spot! Whether I need a post-workout boost or just a mood lifter, this place never disappoints. The Chunky Monkey protein smoothie is my all-time favorite (seriously, it tastes like dessert without the guilt), and their loaded teas? Refreshing, energizing, and soooo good—Ocean Water and Sweet Tart are my go-tos!

Oh, and don’t sleep on their protein donuts—soft, flavorful, and totally guilt-free. 🙌
