Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I come here often and get the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and a smoothie and it’s always delicious and the front of house staff is always kind :)

Im giving a 3 because the smoothie are always on point but what the heck is this ... I got the banana peanut butter FB. Burnt empty and all granola.. I had high expectations smh..

this place is great but the food and smoothies and bowls are not good like the other stores. Think with proper training they can get better but until then i do not see it. Tried multiple times so it was not just one time

the store is so clean! and the lady at the register alyssa was very welcoming and helpful. i didn’t know if i wanted bahama or mango magic and she explained it well. i was also greeted.

Absolutely the worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever had in my life. I understand that you guys are a new location but rather than hiring 15,16, &17 year olds to run your store when you need to get somebody who actually has cooking experience because the smoothie I just tried to ingest a third of if I could even get that down was so bitter it was disgusting The turkey bacon ranch that was on raw un baked dough and the Kale salad was so welted and old also if you take a look at the picture NO APPLES!!! like the worst tropical smoothie ever I don’t expect you guys being open for long.

This is the WORST place I’ve ever been. While waiting 30 minutes for 2 smoothies (which was basically water and had NO FLAVOR!) I overheard the general manager and I think her name is Herleen and another worker talking so terrible about an employee. I was truly and utterly disgusted. I will NEVER be coming back. That’s unacceptable and someone needs to do something about it.

Smoothies and acai bowls are all delicious. The food can be hit or miss and the online order pickup estimates aren't always accurate.

Awful that you arrive 15 min before closing and they will not serve you. Closing time is closing time and you do your clean up after store is closed!

Typical at this location. Placed my order online only to arrive and find out they couldn't make my order. Asked for a refund and was told they would have to do it when they closed at the end of the day. I said I would need a receipt showing the refund before leaving and she refused until I held up the line. The best part was her having her dad come in to try and intimidate me for demanding the refund right away. I would never in a million years allow someone to walk into this establishment. Absolutely horrendous!!

Purchased dragon fruit bowl and açaí bowl with Nutella both bowls the açaí bottoms where frozen solid, put on my dash board to soften, was not as fresh as planet smoothie, if we would have stayed to dine in we would have not been able to eat
