The owner of this location seriously need to fire the employee “Niya” that works at this location. She answered the phone in the nastiest manner I have ever heard. I ignored her rudeness and tried to moved forward but she continued to show no customer service and then proceeded to place me on hold without telling me right when I was about to order. When I called back and told her she disconnected the line she said, you didn’t know what you wanted. I never told her I didn’t know what i wanted. All I asked was if there were any specials because the company just had a special on a few weeks ago. She then proceeds to yell for the manager, “Patience come take this order”. It’s actually sad how she spoke to the manager, demanding her to come take the order instead of nicely asking. But it just continued to show how she has no respect or manners for anyone. Someone like her certainly does not need to work for anybody until she changes her attitude. It’s very sad to see young people be so nasty, rude and disrespectful to people they don’t even know. Being this way will get you no where far in life. Keeping this employee is a very bad look for Wingstop and I personally will not be going back along with the many others that have reported how terrible they have been treated at this location. IF YOU APPLY FOR A JOB. ACT LIKE YOU WANT IT! No one ASKED you to work there. Especially NOT the customers.

Always order direct through the app for delivery. No drink was delivered the last three times. The delivery company stayed Wingstop told them no drink. I had to give my address twice by phone call as the information wasn’t given to delivery guy.

If it wasn’t for the honey hot wings, I wouldn’t order from these ignorant fools. I used to get pick up but got sick of waiting an hour after the expected time to get the food. The girls upfront were rude when you asked when your food will be ready.

This is my worst experience at Wingstop by far I asked the cashier how long for my order after I have been waiting for 25 minutes and her response was I do not know I said are you serious or are you joking? Then I showed her my receipt to show her the time that I have been waiting. Then she proceeded to argue with me about how she does not know how long it will take for my food because they are short-staffed. I told her I have nothing to do with that. I was just asking for a time and I just can't believe that your response is I don't know how long this going to take. Apparently we are at store number 2637 and they are very unprofessional and continue to argue with me me as I ask for a refund as I sit here to make this post. I have been waiting for my refund for an additional of 10 minutes. The employee namedPatience showed me none. She was rude and disrespectful. She's the one that told me she didn't know how long my food instead of giving me a quote on the time

I ordered 33 garlic, 32 Lemon, 10 chipotle. I got 65 Lemon and 10 chipotle. 3rd time an order was way wrong. Next time, I'm not signing for it.

We placed an order here thru the wingstop website just to go to the store and they tell us they didnt make our order, I’m assuming because they wanted to be able to close the store early. Asked for a refund & spoke with two different managers who said it’ll take 3DAYS to return to the card but We never got refunded anything. $30 down the drain and no food/compensation I’ll give this store 0 stars if I could

Listennnnnn... These wings TONIGHT!!!! whoever the cooks were on 8/29/25!!! did they thing!!!!!!!! I got my wings fried hard -garlic parmmmmm and my daughter had hers lemon pepperrrr ..... Them Thangs were fried RIGHT and on point!! Big props to the cooks!

First time ever getting wingstop. Ordered the chicken sandwich and voodoo fries. My sandwich was cold and my fries were lukewarm, I had to wait 30 minutes after placing my order at 10:00pm for a 11:00pm pickup on a Wednesday night and I show up at 11:10, didn't leave until near midnight. First and last time.
