I placed a mobile delivery order and half of the order was missing when it arrived. When I called the store, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes before speaking to someone. There was no apology for the mistake, and I was told I would have to come pick up the missing items myself. When I asked about a partial refund for the inconvenience, I was told the only option was store credit, and even that sounded difficult for them to process.
Before leaving my house to pick up the missing items, I asked how long it would take and was told it would be ready in a few minutes. The store is about a 6–7 minute drive for me, but when I arrived they were just starting the fries, which meant I had to wait even longer. When the order was handed to me, the veggie sticks that were also missing from my original order were forgotten again.
Throughout this entire interaction there was still no apology for the inconvenience. I also observed employees handling bags and food while actively using their phones, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint and may explain why orders are being sent out incorrectly.
Unfortunately, this experience reinforced why we normally avoid this location. We decided to give Wingstop another chance instead of going to Buffalo Wild Wings like we usually do, and the service failed at multiple points. Because of this experience, I declined the store credit and will not be returning to this location.

Food was good but ice machine is dirty. You can see black mold in the ice. Very hazardous that have to get clean!
A worker by the name of Terria answered the phone 10:53PM 11MAR26 with a bit of a rushy bad attitude and took my order. She told me that the wait was going to be 15 minutes. I show up exactly 15 minutes later with her clocking out and finding out that she didn’t place my order. Another cashier rang up my order and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. Extremely unprofessional. Recommend that if she picks up, ask for someone else or else your order will not be put in and you will end up waiting longer than you expected.

Dirty tables with crumbs and dried condiments on them. Employees would keep walking by to get sodas to take back into the kitchen, but care less about the cleanliness of where they work. Music so loud you had to yell back and forth with the cashier to try and understand them to put in your order. Hospitality seriously lacking here!

Ordered a lg fry and 30 boneless wings online. The food wasn’t ready when it said it would be for starters. Then I get home to discover no fry’s. I call the store to refund them and they would only offer a credit or I could drive back up there while my wings get cold and soggy. Since I’m not in the business of loaning money to wingstop for food I paid for and never received I drove back up there to get my fry’s and wasted 30 mins of my time and gas while my wings sit at home getting cold and soggy.
Seems to be an ongoing issue with this location, something needs to be done.

They always mess up my order every time! Not sure how they cannot read the order details correctly. It’s not that hard!
I ordered online prior to showing up. The girl kept telling me my order wasn’t ready yet for 10 mins. Finally, she asked my name again and said they didn’t have my order at all. I showed her my confirmation and said “I’ll have them make it right now.” Got home and I got the wrong meal. Paid extra for traditional wings and got nasty boneless. I don’t even like them. Shame.

I don’t understand the whole we don’t take orders over the phone past a certain time. I’d much rather not interact with anyone there and I PREFER to order online but if your system is working idk what you expect. I can’t imagine who ever owns this place is happy with there being no format to place an order and no accommodation if systems are not working probably. Really shouldn’t be an issue to call and place an order like any traditional restaurant. And when we finally got them to make the accommodation it was with attitude “well if it’s going to be a big deal then I’ll take the order”. Girl , if you don’t want to do your job don’t work here. Taking orders a pretty generic part of your job. I’ll update my review once I get my food to see if my food paid for their frustration over doing the bare minimum.

Tried to pre order for Super Bowl . The order was placed for 2/2 immediately called them to change the date. They refused and stated I could not get a refund. I paid and never received any wings.

Honestly this location don't warrant a star at all! First of all I ordered online on New year eve! My order was very wrong but they didn't fail in charging my card $45.14 for 30 wings and delivered 16 with corn quarters that I didn't ask for but the most disrespectful part about my experience was the person on the phone, identified herself as the manager actually told me that I could only receive a refund to correct their error was that I bring the food back the next day as they were closing early on New Year's eve! That woman failed Wingstop tremendously with her lack of professionalism. It appears that the employees screw orders purposely to eat the return food!!! Do better WINGSTOP APOLLO BEACH store! You're the worse...
