Fish sandwich. The fillet makes a hard knocking sound against the plate. Over salted onion rings. Called... they hung up on me before the 2nd word. Don't waste your precious time, money or breath.

My husband went to our store in Arcadia, Florida to pick up dinner tonight. We both ordered the medium size Whopper Jr meal with onion rings instead of French fries, our Whopper Jr meals with everything except Ketchup, and guess what we got in our bag? FRENCH FRIES AND NO ONION RINGS, AND OUR WHOPPER JR’S HAD KETCHUP ON THEM!! How hard is it to get an order right when a person stands right there and tells you from a piece of paper that I wrote down the order for him to read to them!!?? pg.1 So my husband went all the way back to get the onion rings! No apologies, no offer of a free meal voucher for THEIR mistake and his time having to go all the way back to the store, NOTHING!! So tired of this every time you go to a fast food place to get food and something like this happens! Not how to run a business!

The new Brisket Whopper was quite disappointing. Barely a teaspoon of brisket on it. Burger pattys are still tasteless. Certainly does not resemble the food as pictured/advertised. Will not revisit.

This Burger King has people who work at it that do not understand how to use the Burger King system. I placed in order of hamburgers from my rewards account and I gave them the code at the drive-through and they spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to actually take the burgers off my bill..
To make matters worse, they actually forgot to give us one of the sandwiches that we ordered. And we didn't find out until we were already more than a few miles up the road.
In the burgers that they did give us, they skimped the most I have ever seen on the ketchup in the sense that the burger was completely dry with only a dot of ketchup in the center...

The good news is that they were all nice though. Might give them another chance in the future when I pass through this city again.

Wow just wow. I order a large onion ring and it was like a small. Only had 20 rings in it called the manger who was of no help. She acted like the cat had her tongue. I hung up on her. Very rude and didn’t do anything to try to solve it. No sorry or anything.and I ask for nooooo onions had it in the sandwich.
