I went last night for dinner. There was a waiting list. We were told it was going to be 15 to 20 minutes thought it was a little weird that the hostesses little sister was helping her with her job however after sitting there for roughly 5 minutes another couple walked in one of the servers walked over and said are you on the list yet and they said no and she said that's okay come this way and she took him to a high top in the bar meanwhile the lobby was full there was people standing outside as well I thought this was an incredibly rude as the rest of us were waiting I said something to the hostess and she just simply Shrugged her shoulders I've been a Hostess before what that server did was wrong and it was wrong for the hostess not to say anything about the waiting list we sat there for a little while longer then we got a table with a absolutely fantastic server and I'm sorry but I don't remember her name she gave great service however the kitchen she ended up having them refire the food because they did not cook it correctly the first time the quality that I got on the rushed refire was not the same quality as the first plate of food that was not able to be eaten because of having to wait longer for the table and for the food to get refried we ended up having to take it to go because we did not have any more time to spend there at the restaurant as we had some place to be this all started just before 7:00 p.m. and because of having to wait even longer for a table because that server took people ahead of us that was not on the list and the kitchen screwed up the cook on my original order I did not get to eat at the restaurant and did not even get to eat the refire until almost 11:00 at night complete waste of money by the time I was able to eat it was actually kind of gross the pasta had absorbed all of the sauce

Food was good,got Alex Santa fa burger which was great side of Mexican corn which was soggy but tasty, I ordered happy hour beers which came right away but my guests didn't get there margaritas till I was almost done with my bee rs! No chips and salsa brought to table. We got there at 3 pm ,not busy so not sure why drinks took so long, got busy as leaving so could have been worse? But I will go again but will not go if looks busy or in hurry.

The food is spectacular, very varied, it has something that those who like drinks can do, the place lends itself to that and is very manipulative.
Parking: It is very wide, you will not have any problems, there is parking for people in wheelchairs

Fajitas! After the hurricane we had no modern conveniences. We found really kind people hot food, and excellent service at Chili's. Thank you thank you thank you.
Went to Chili's for the first time this week. We walked in and the hostess said it was a 30 minute wait. I went to the bathroom and the bartender told me I could take any table at the bar. I'm 73 and came with my 75 year old husband without any children, why didn't the hostess tell us that? We took a table at the bar and got great service! The bartender said they could accommodate whatever I wanted. I am on a low carb diet due to diabetes. I wanted ribs which I haven't had in 2 years. I was able to get it with sauce on the side and 2 different steamed vegetables. They were perfect. I'll have to go again.

Vegetarian options: There is plenty of vegetarians options and it’s just really amazing
Parking: It’s never packed so there’s always good parking
Kid-friendliness: It’s really kid friendly waiters are nice. And plenty of kid meals
Salsa was red water(no texture in it), steak was the worst cut I've ever gotten from a Chili's, didn't get my silverware till 10-15 mins after my steak, tea tasted like sewer water. The entire restaurant smelled dirty.
