The manager on shift today 10/30 at 2:00pm showed above and beyond customer service to me immediately upon entering the restaurant and throughout placing my order. I was already completely satisfied as a customer because culvers never disappoints. Then over heard how she handled conflict resolution with a customer who was not happy with her order (because she wanted mayonnaise on both sides of the bread but never specified it) Rosslyn went above and beyond took care of the customer....
My first time was awesome. My order taker was very nice greeted us from the time we walked in until the time we walked out was very helpful with what to order off the menu and suggested some things that we did get kudos to her she did an awesome job
