Employees forgot some of my food in the bag, when my husband went inside to ask for the food they accused him of lying and loudly talked poorly about him. The food was greasy and cold, the coffee tasted burnt and stale, and the hash browns were especially gross. This is one of the worst Dunkin locations I’ve ever been to and it was a shameful experience.

I only go to that store every few months or so, it's a decent place, parking lot is difficult to navigate. There's only a few parking spots. We like being able to go inside and take in the atmosphere, but there's not enough room on the lot, it's quite frustrating.

I’ve visited this location several times, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently fallen short. The donuts are often dry and lack the proper amount of glaze, which really takes away from the quality. Customer service could use improvement as well—there’s rarely a greeting or any real engagement at the window, which makes the experience feel rushed and impersonal. This location has potential, but it definitely needs some attention and improvement in both product quality and customer service.

I love dunking donuts, i just giving reviews for the casiers today July 13,2025 around 5 pm the young lady is rude, don’t even know how to smile to or to great not even thank you. You need to train those people.

Was there earlier, just got home to discover I waited a while just to get the wrong food. Super annoying. Will be disputing the charge. Check your food and say yes to receipts, people.

I hate going to this Dunkin (but it's the only one near home.) It doesn't seem to matter what you order, they will still find a reason to have you pull around to the front to wait/be forgotten about. Even for something like a muffin or donut where it's literally the got difference of the 20 seconds for someone to go walk and grab it. It's a nuisance I haven't had at any of the other Dunkin locations I go to.
