Staff at this location were so great. Had issues with the self-service kiosk accepting payment - why is the machine positioned so close to the juice fridge to the point where you can’t swipe your card - they made sure to take great care of me regardless and made sure I didn’t have a bad start to my day because of it. The decaffeinated coffee was not ready and poor attitude when forced to actually do their job and make coffee. I witnessed unacceptable behavior toward fellow employees and customers. It was quite a spectacle to witness.

Lizzyy is the best person at making my coffee ! I love it everytime!!
Regular here for five plus years and it is the best Dunkin I have been to. That is without a doubt because of how Shannon runs it! She makes sure my coffee comes out right every time. If the color is off...she fixes it before it even leaves the window. Some of the other girls don't always get it right, but I see her making sure to correct the problem and teach them. They are always so good to me and I never have any issues!

The manager Shannon was rude as hell to my husband and I. She told us to "move forward" and slammed the window. A car was in front of us. We didn't even know she was talking to us until she said it again. "you're messing up my time" ISN'T IT FRAUD IF YOU SAY THE ORDER IS COMPLETE WHEN WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR ALL OF OUR ORDER?! FYI YOUR TIME IS MY TIME. I PAY YOU. NEXT TIME ILL TAKE MY FOOD AND MY MONEY BACK.

Some of these workers need to fix they hygiene before coming to work especially serving food and beverages they have on the uniform walking to work the donuts always hard and tough learn how to mix drinks well I got a ice matcha and it was clumps of powder floating around customer service sucks as well they really need to remodel the drive way and remake it and hire people that want to work and up they salary to a better quality
