Staff at this location were so great. Had issues with the self-service kiosk accepting payment - why is the machine positioned so close to the juice fridge to the point where you can’t swipe your card - they made sure to take great care of me regardless and made sure I didn’t have a bad start to my day because of it.

Regular here for five plus years and it is the best Dunkin I have been to. That is without a doubt because of how Shannon runs it! She makes sure my coffee comes out right every time. If the color is off...she fixes it before it even leaves the window. Some of the other girls don't always get it right, but I see her making sure to correct the problem and teach them. They are always so good to me and I never have any issues!

When received my order of course it wasn't right. Missing items then when said something they got offensive telling me what I ordered. Doesn't require a nasty comment about how I didn't order. Plus kept interrupting while I was thinking about what I wanted. Saying is that all after every item I ordered, if I was finished I would have said so.....same person is always at the window and never a smile or a happy greating. It's a shame...lots of people need jobs,...
