Horrible service had me waiting over 30 minutes for an Italian cheese bread that completed my order when all the time they had one ready to begin with they were too busy talking they could have cared less to check in the front if they had any to begin with when I told them about it I asked for my money back and the girl didn’t even apologize or seemed to care

Called to order a pizza n breadsticks for dinner. When the kid answered the phone there was no welcoming thank you for calling little ceasers …. Was short and rude….. never offered anything as in a combo or deal? When I got there paid for my food. Got home our chicken wings were pink inside… breadsticks cold and pizza was definitely not fresh… 30 bucks later next time I’ll just stick to dominos

I ordered a pizza went to pick it up and because a had a large bill ( my money) I was told they could not accept it. I was paying cash. I have never had this happen before. I find it hard to believe as busy as it was they could have made changes for it was not that large. I've already like their pizza but they have lost a me as a customer.
Parking: The store is in a small plaza at the end and it's hard getting out hard with others pulling in and trying to find a place to park

I waited 60 minutes for 1 “hot and ready” pizza at the Arcadia store. The stores online order is down more often than not. They never have change, only debit or exact cash. Don’t recommend.

I tried ordering pizza for lunch. I ordered online and when I went to pick the pizza up, it was made with regular crust.The employee told me she tried to call me and left a voicemail, I did see a missed call from an unknown number but no voicemail. They were out of thin crust so they went ahead and made it with regular crust. I asked them if they could remake the pizza with stuffed crust since it was their fault it was made wrong. She told me she would have to charge me an additional $2 and some change. The pizza was already $20. You mean to tell me you're going to charge me more for replacing a pizza that your system allowed me to order? The fact they needed to charge me the extra $2 for the stuffed crust is absolutely insane considering I was already there to pick it up.This was my first (and LAST) experience with you all.

Just wanted to say I have been very disappointed with Pizza chains in general lately, so I don't order pizza too often anymore. Thought I would give it a try due to price. ( just in case it was not good I didn't spend alot) This was the best pizza, quality, taste, hot, fresh !!!! Loved it. Got a thin crust pepperoni. Was delicious. Thank you. Thank you ?
