I absolutely love the all of the nutritional options I can get here. Whether it’s on the go before workouts with a refresher or dining in for a midday meal. Ms.Becca the owner makes you and your family feel very welcome. I love that me and my son can sit at the table and play a game while eating the waffles together too ❤️!! I also love that my son can get a nutritional drink as well. If you are on a health care journey I’d definitely recommend this place. ?‍↔️

This place is amazing! The shakes, the refreshers, the (HUGE) waffles, the açaí bowls. ? I have not been disappointed a single time ordering here and Ms. Becca is absolutely the sweetest! If you don’t stop in and try it, you are really missing out!
