They accidentally drooped my pizza. But they were super kind and it only took 15 minutes to remake my pizza. They also gave me a free dessert and soda. Mistakes happen but they resolved the issue very smoothly and efficiently.

I’m sorry but I have been a pizza hut fan my whole life, even worked for the company many years ago, I ordered a medium pan pizza, what I got was a terrible hand tossed, barely any toppings, cold, pizza. There is no excuse for this. I know what a pan pizza should look and taste like and this was absolutely NOT it. The dough was dry, not oily like it should be, should have cheese all the way to the end, and a nice thick gooey but cooked dough.

Food was great but the one thing I did not like was a young man knew the service girl who was helping me walked back behind the counter topless and the service girl didn’t know stop him so hopefully he didn’t contaminate the food but if i want pizza I will go to another location where

Very Rude customer service..I paid with a credit card over the phone not only did they hit my bank 7 times but them called me and yelled accusing me of stealing their food! Never again.. just warning y'all NEVER pay over the phone
