I had 3 sandwiches made and the price was ridiculous. For three subs, it cost me 44 dollars because I want an extra because they give you not that much on the sandwiches anymore. First off. I had a coupon and she said oh we don’t take those when clearly it says that it takes them, but I wasn’t gonna argue with the lady. It is getting ridiculous and this is why I’m going to Publix and not there if it wasn’t for the fact that somebody else wanted to go to subway I would’ve went to Publix

Ordered on the Subway app. As I have experience with Subway in the past when you request extra you usually get it as in the hoagie is overflowing with the requested toppings. Not at the Subway in Walmart in Arcadia. I went in to pick up my order and they handed me the hoagie and I couldn’t believe how light it was. I actually opened it right there. I told the two people working there that I had requested extra. I asked them to add a little extra on and they flat out refused me. If you’re so cheap that you can’t add a couple extra slices of pickle and a few extra pinches of lettuce. Well then you certainly lost my business. Highly disappointed and will never return. Do yourself a favor if you want a hoagie go somewhere else that will serve you a “real hoagie.” What a joke.

A new design at the counter now. Subway prevents you from seeing your sub being made with a metal cover so large that you don’t know what you’re getting. End result is a skimpy sub. Not going back there.

Service was ok, nice enouh people. But they give you nothing in the sandwich. I do not know how much they end up throwing out at night. But to get more customers you need to be generous with your food especially with the price of 12.00 for a lunch. I got a vege and I said you can add more there is no meat in this sandwich it is all veges, and she did not. I now order online at publix and pickup they never get it wrong and are always generous and their prices are so much better for the amount of food you get in your sandwich.

Do NOT buy from this subway. I went to buy a sub and they said they do NOT accept any coupons. With the economy suffering from inflation one is doing ones best to make it and coupons are a help. I'll be either shopping at another subway or non at all if they are rejecting coupons. Don't put out coupons I'd your establishment will not honor them.

The sandwich was ok.It’s the first time that a subway hasn’t accepted a coupon! This trend continues as the bathrooms needed renovations, the sink was barely touching the wall and the urinal was leaking water whenever you flushed which got my husbands shorts wet.

Whoever the worker is when I walked in asking for only some extra chipotle sauce for my sub was rude and unprofessional. I offered to pay for it and she still had an unprofessional attitude . I will not be coming in when she is there anymore .

If you have to have Subway and this store is your only option, watch that they make your sandwich correctly, with all the meat and cheese. And especially watch what they charge you and definently count your change. Tried to contact mngt about being over charged but got nowhere.
