We were the only ones in line and had to wait about 12 to 15 minutes after paying for our order to receive our food which was supposed to be fresh out of the fryer but got forgotten on line. It was almost room temperature when I had received it. All the employee said after I hear them ask why we’re still here was, “please don’t kill me I didn’t work drive thru, it’s all fresh,” which it wasn’t even fresh. I’m not mad at the worker, but the management needs work. This is ridiculous when you have a drive thru time you have to follow anyway, but you pushed us up out of the drive thru line so it wouldn’t affect your time. I’m very disappointed with our experience tonight. All we ordered was a three piece tender meal and a number 7 single meal. There was no excuse past that five minute mark, there was no other customers or orders they were actively working on during that timeframe.

Second bad experience out of the last three times I’ve gotten breakfast here. Drive through was fast and welcoming and the breakfast potatoes were good, it goes south from there. The iced tea was either mistakenly given to me or someone was wanting to have a wild morning as it tasted and smelled like pure vodka with a splash of tea and they don’t sell alcohol 😵💫. The poor English muffin was so dried out it was impossible to bit through and after taking the breakfast sandwich apart the sausage was burnt and I noticed the inside the muffin the bread was the color of cardboard with about the same texture 🤮. The egg looked ok but I wasn’t able to chance it and tossed everything but the potatoes. The week before the cheese had a small chunk melted plastic that I only discovered after biting into it 🤮. I don’t know what’s going on at this Wendy’s but I do know I will not be returning. Eat at your own risk but you better have jaws and teeth of adamantium steel and enjoy a little brown water in your vodka 👀

This is the most disgusting fast food restaurant we ever been in. The food was so disgusting I wanted to puke. We got something else and it was the same. The beverage machine wasn’t giving half of the beverage menu. The entry doors disgustingly dirty and rusty. The whole building was disgusting. The food was so bad we wanted to puke and they should have given us our money back. We will never go there again.

That lady just could not get the order right I asked for no salt on the fries. Got salty fries. I asked for unsweet tea got sweet tea twice. It was very noisy in there instead of them taking care of the customers. I felt like they were talking and not paying attention

Drive thru was fast, they had me waiting after I payed for about 5-10 mins to get my food, I got a biggie bag, the fries and chicken nuggets tasted like they where done a day ago they where sooo soggy, sandwich was ok.
Wendy's in Arcadia is amazing. Everything was fresh and it was fast. I've been to many Wendy's and this one was by far the best. I've been to this Wendy's many times now and they are consistent, hospitable, and it was clean.
