Rarely have to wait more than a few minutes, if that even. The food is 9 outta 10 times great as is the customer service. Decent deals that offset the overpriced menu but in the end it's a fair balance

Service gets a zero. I am at the counter, another employee has to get the cashier. The cashier's hair completely covered his face to the point almost no features were visible. He mumbled the amount so poorly I needed to ask him to repeat it. My order was 3.21. I gave him 3 singles, 2 dimes and a penny. He had to count it twice. Then in what I can only describe as slow motion finally hands me a cup. Turn around and walks away, no thank you, no have a nice day. It was disrespectful and although I believe in self - expression if you are going to work with the public - make somepart of your face visible.

Zero stars for food. I got food poisoning and was up puking all night. I had spicy chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce and a sour cream and chive baked potato with butter and extra sour cream. It didn't taste off that I could tel,l but I was miserable from it. Couldn't keep anything down.

The worst customer service pf any place in arcadia. It's bad. I usually don't comment on stuff like this, having experience as a fast food worker myself, but they need new management or anything. If you are going to be a minute atleast acknowledge the presence of the customer instead of having 5 different workers wander around and ignore them. Plus the ice machine fell off and when we asked for them to fill up the cup with ice they said just to use the machine, while ice did come out it came out everywhere, so thanks I suppose. The food is not bad but the attitu.de needs to change
