I’m a Miami native and have been desperately trying to find authentic Latin food. Rikin’s is my spot for my Cuban sandwich cravings! Always loaded and pressed just right. The moros, maduros and pernil is also on point.

If I could go for zero stars or negative stars I definitely would. Went multiple times in one week during the posted business hours just for them to be closed. On the last visit the owner and one employee were sitting in the lobby area when I went inside while the open sign was light and was told they were closed. I mentioned to him that I had attempted to eat here multiple times already and was curious of his actual business hours. I was told that he ran out of food and to come back Friday and the meal would be on him. Went back Friday and would you believe me if I told you they were closed? ? so I attempted again on Saturday. Finally caught him while he was open but the only food I was able to order was a Cuban sandwich since he didn’t have anything else. So I ordered three Cubans and not a single one of them was on him as he had said. Definitely not a man of his word nor is he a good business man!

I'm not a big reviewer, although I had to make this known.We ordered a bunch of food for a gathering~ and it was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB ?Flavor, consistency, authenticity - perfect!It's the most authentic Cuban food you'll find in the Gainesville- and surrounding area. And it's utterly DE-LISH!!All the stars. All the thumbs up.

They had lost power and had only gotten it back turned on a few minutes before I got there, so the only options available were the pork sandwich and the Cuban sandwich. There were also about 9-10 customers with only 2 employees, so it was a bit of wait to get my Cuban sandwich. The employees were great and were really working to get all the orders done as quick as possible. The Cuban was easily the best I've ever had. Highly recommend this place and will go back at some point to try some of the rest of the menu.

Don't go if in a hurry, but the food is well worth the wait. Top 3 best pressed Cuban I've ever had if not best. Good food takes time and there's a shortage of labor.

Well worth the wait... Waited over 20min and I was getting frustrated but out came the steak sandwich. Very good taste,and lots of cheese!

Sandwich was good but the service sucked. Long wait with only two ahead of me. Cluttered behind the counter, ramshackle furnishings. Not much to like about this place except the Cuban sandwich I had was really good. Go figure.
