When you order a cappuccino, the menu doesn’t mention that it’s only 6 oz. For over $4.25, this is the smallest amount of milk I’ve ever seen in a cup. As someone who’s worked as a barista for years, I can say this isn’t common (in American cafes) most cafés serve at least 8 oz or more for that price, and the milk-to-espresso ratio is typically more balanced.
Did an online order, coffee was great! Unfortunately some of the items listed online are not sold in stores but it lets you pay for them and order?? As well as it wasn’t listed anywhere that their chicken salad has nuts in it, ordered that and luckily my friend did too warned me since I’m allergic!
1985 is one of our favorite spots — we love stopping by after yoga during the week, and it’s also a great place to bring the kids on the weekends. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, with a cute interior and a patio that’s perfect for little ones or dogs.
There’s a bike rack out front, which makes it easy to ride over. The staff is always friendly and warm, and the whole place has a laid-back, comfortable feel. Definitely a go-to spot for us.
