Amazing experience at AB Kitchen! This place has a fun atmosphere, great service, and top-tier food.
We ordered their Caribbean ribs to start, and then had a ribeye with smoked Gouda fondue (a special) and the lobster ravioli for mains. Everything so flavorful and we even had to ask the chef how he prepared the steak so we could try and replicate it ourselves!
Finished up evening with the dark chocolate mousse that was truly next level. This place is the perfect balance of upscale and laid back, and serves food that competes with some of the finer dining around.

We made a reservation for New Year’s Eve which seems a must since the place was so busy. While waiting a few minutes for our table we ordered drinks at the bar which was easy and quick. It was also fun to get a view into the kitchen.
We started with calamari to share, and the sauce that came with it was delicious. I personally really enjoyed the carrot salad with a side of mashed potatoes. Everyone enjoyed their meals.
The bathroom was easily accessible. Noise levels were pretty high but wasn’t a problem for us. Tables are also close together as the room isn’t very large.
Overall we had a great time and will be back!

AB Kitchen is warm and inviting with a great atmosphere and excellent service. We tried two burgers, a flatbread, and a chicken Caesar salad—everything was fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall experience felt relaxed and welcoming. A solid spot we’ll definitely return to.

This has become my favorite restaurant in the Beaches. The service is great -- the waitstaff remember you after a few times. They are helpful. The food is wonderful and you have choices . My husband wanted an extra scallop with the curry. It can be done!. I wanted mixed greens instead of spinach. No problem. Best yet. NO NOISE. It is just a great comfortable restaurant with great food. And the wine list is amazing. They also have flights
Overall the best experience here, from everyone being so kind and happy to be there. To the food being outstanding in every way. Will DEFINITELY be back.

I first visited AB Kitchen for brunch one weekend and loved it so much I had to come back for dinner! We tried the wine flight—perfect for sharing and discovering new favorites. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was delicious, and we split the chimichurri steak entrée—honestly one of the best steaks I’ve had in Jax!! Everything tastes so fresh and truly captures the farm-to-table vibe. Can’t wait to bring friends and family back!

Our evening at AB Kitchen was exceptional from start to finish. We sat at the bar and loved watching the culinary team work their magic in real-time — it added such a fun, engaging element to the experience.
Every dish showcased quality ingredients and expert preparation. The seared tuna tataki appetizer was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. The main course featured a gorgeously crusted snapper with grilled asparagus, and the scallops in aromatic curry broth were amazing — tender, sweet, and complemented by crushed peanuts that added wonderful texture.
The beverage program was excellent too. We both enjoyed wine flights that were thoughtfully curated and a great value.
Our waiter truly elevated the experience — not just knowledgeable about the menu, but genuinely passionate about cuisine in general. His recommendations were spot-on and his insights made everything more enjoyable.
