I totally agree with the last comment. So many thing arenât good. Tons of ice cream had the frost thatâs caked on their freezer that has fallen in the ice cream. We went tonight and literally bought a quart at of the freezer because the younger white boy with long hair was hanging down in the ice cream when he was scooping the persons order from drive thru. NO THANK You. Put it in a ponytail - wear a hair net. Have some standards. Totally unacceptable. I literally grab my camera so yall could see his long black hair hanging in the ice cream but couldnât get it in time. Last week we went through drive through and ordered a large world class chocolate shake. It wasnât good. It looked like a hair shader than vanilla. I used to go to this one to get coffee but Iâm done with that. No Rocky Road. Barely any prepackaged ice cream to choose from. No donuts either. The black gentlemen was doing a good job. No hair hanging down and he had a hat on.

Drove 40 minutes to get to this location because the one on the other side of town had the same problems as this location. EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK. I tried calling multiple times during my drive over, no answer. I tried placing an online order through the app and it kept erroring out. I finally get there. No one is in the store yet still no answer.
Cappuccino blast? Out. Jamocha? Out. Wild and reckless sherbet? Out. Trolli sherbet? Out. Why is this place even open?

Close this place immediately. Just went through for a milkshake. No cookie dough ice cream. Fine. No chocolate ice creamâŚ.WHAT!? ok fine cookies and cream it is. First of all she gave the wrong size. Whatever. Get home and it literally tastes like chocolate milk. WHAT ICE CREAM PLACE DOESN'T HAVE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM? kill it with fire. Start over. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed

This location customer service and personal standards has declined significantly over the last year. During my last visit one of the employees was eating the merchandise at the cash register. She was dressed in sweat pants and wearing a shirt that was probably a few sizes too small. Not something you want to see at a place of business.

I wanted to edit this review to let you know that. I did have an employee from Baskin-Robbins. Call me To make substitutions for the ice cream, and explained that they were having issues keeping flavors stocked in because their trucks were limited. I do appreciate them reaching out and taking the effort to make the correct substitutions and tell me which flavors they have in stock. Since I was ordering through DoorDash. So even though itâs very frustrating not to have your favorite flavors, I appreciate the extra effort that they took to call me personally. Good customer service does make a difference â¤ď¸
I called and check to make sure they had flavors before I ordered it on DoorDash. Because theyâre consistently out of the pistachio almond. I do not understand why itâs still on the DoorDash menu if theyâre not gonna have it they havenât had it in over nine months. But no one answered the phone so I ordered it and then ended up having to substitute itfor something else because they were out of course. If they wouldâve answered the phone, I couldâve saved myself the trouble. Also I donât understand why itâs so hard to get an ice cream. For something else because they were out of course. Baskin and Robbins is great... this particular one just never really stocks anything Baskin and Robbins sells... they're always out of something... toppings, ice cream, cones etc etc you can never get something complete...go to DQ and save yourself the hassle!

The ice cream is wonderful and the young men that work here are very nice, the young blonde girl is very rude she should not be training anyone! Her rude mouth and disrespectful attitude made me not want to return ever! She needs a class in customer service! Please retrain her and donât let her train your new employee coming in!
Out of every flavor. Girl in front of us was the workers girlfriend she cut in front of us and we waited 30+ mins to find out they only have 3 flavors left.

Great ice cream. Horrible service. Came on a Saturday night 45 minutes before closing with two well behaved children. No greetings or smiles from two employees. The children said âthank youâ clearly and loudly to the woman scooping ice cream and she did not respond.

I ordered 2 items and I got a call that they have ânone of the food items to make your orderâ. What was included? Oreo ice cream, cookie dough, fudge, strawberry sauce, whipped cream. Not exactly unique items. This is the third time.
