Baskin and Robbins is great... this particular one just never really stocks anything Baskin and Robbins sells... they're always out of something... toppings, ice cream, cones etc etc you can never get something complete...go to DQ and save yourself the hassle!

The ice cream is wonderful and the young men that work here are very nice, the young blonde girl is very rude she should not be training anyone! Her rude mouth and disrespectful attitude made me not want to return ever! She needs a class in customer service! Please retrain her and don’t let her train your new employee coming in!

Great ice cream. Horrible service. Came on a Saturday night 45 minutes before closing with two well behaved children. No greetings or smiles from two employees. The children said “thank you” clearly and loudly to the woman scooping ice cream and she did not respond.

I ordered 2 items and I got a call that they have “none of the food items to make your order”. What was included? Oreo ice cream, cookie dough, fudge, strawberry sauce, whipped cream. Not exactly unique items. This is the third time.

We went in with our entire family (14 of us) while we were in town on vacation. The 2 ladies working were wonderful and took all 14 ice cream orders. They joked around with us and were so nice.

Dairy Queen was closed for renovation so decided to stop at Baskin Robbins. They were too busy manning the drive thru to even acknowledge we existed at the register (mind you 3 were standing around). One worker looked our way but didn't say anything. We decided to leave. Once I reached they door I heard a voice ask if we wanted to order something. Yeah I had! We ended up going to Winn Dixie and paying a lot less for more. Don't bother going in to this location they only seem to be concerned with drive thru customers.
Every time I go the machine for making Cappuccino blast it’s always broken or never working. This is the closest to my house. It’s been about month and the employees keep telling me the same thing.

All we wanted was some ice cream but everything change after we walk in. This place is disgusting, all the tables were filthy, the floor was dirty full of things plus we had to tell a worker that there was a cockroach on the floor so she can clean it up. I don't understand how can a small place be so dirty with 3 people working there and it was not even busy. Sorry to say but I would never come back to this place.
