Our event was enhanced by use of Coop303! Gold standard service from the parking lot by a very customer friendly valet, the greeting at the front desk, to the excellent wait staff through-out the evening. We will book in the future.

Had a reservation for a group of 8 for a Sunday brunch at 11am. Waited outside for 10 minutes until they finally opened the door at 11:10am. There was a line to the end of the parking lot of almost 10 parties lined up. Things started off well because we were first in line and it only took 2-3 minutes for them to seat our group (although a little disappointed that they wouldn't allow us to sit on the upstairs patio). The waitress was quick to get our drink orders and then appetizer orders. It all started going downhill from here, as other parties started to get seated, we saw our waitress less and less. After waiting 30 minutes to the chicken sliders, we had to ask for them to get them around 40 minutes in. The Peaches and Cream and Loaded tots were very tasty which is why the restaurant gets 2 stars. For having such a small menu (1 page), we expected the limited menu to be fantastic, but were everything but satisfied. The chicken was dry; and the limited sauces/jelly they put on the plate were not enough to pull the chicken and waffles together and it made the chicken sliders which we waited about 45 minutes for hard to eat. Their soup was just okay. The smash burger was soo over seasoned, that it made an already overcooked meal hard to eat.

Highly recommend! We were a group of 15 girls on our 40+ who just had a terrible experience on another restaurant and had to leave. Coop 303 were so accommodating on a Saturday night! Surely saved my 2 great friends birthdays !!! The staff was so friendly, our server was 10+!!! The food and drinks were delicious. Big props to them! We will always be back! That’s what we call true good hospitality!

Absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is delightful, the service staff super friendly and the food truly well made, and the drinks… the two martinis I had were superb! They were able to accommodate us on a busy Saturday night, even late, they were as hospitable as a fine restaurant could be. Certainly coming back many, many times.

The host's was so professional friendly and just and joy to talk to. The waiter we had was outstanding and very hospitable his name was Noah. The food was delicious and boy did it fill me up I had the breakfast bowl and it was a lot of food. The views was amazing and the beach is beautiful as well. I say just go check out this restaurant if you are in town.

We were at Coop 303 for a rehearsal dinner for son’s wedding. The entire process from setting the menu to drinks to set up of venue was great based on communication with staff. The night of the function was smooth and the staff was great. The atmosphere, food and service was top notch. I would highly recommend Coop 303 for any special event you may be planning.

Listen…I LOVE Mac and cheese and I generally never have a bad thing to say about cheesy noodles, but you can’t call this Mac and Cheese. They are more like butter noodles with black pepper on them. I had to take it home and add my own cheese and spices to make it somewhat OK. Mac and Cheese aside, Coop is below average and is pretty pricy for sub-par fried chicken. The only place Coop succeeds in is its atmosphere and drinks. Coop is the place you go for a cocktail before you go to another restaurant for dinner.
