My friends and I had a lovely lunch here - the Mommy and Me tea tray was plenty for all four of us! All the food was yummy, and they have tons of choices for tea. The china place settings are adorable. The servers are learning job skills, so please be patient with them. We took extra time to peruse the thrift shop also. This place is a storehouse of treasures!

I came across this tiny and adorable little tea room totally by chance and I was very pleasantly surprised! They have a very excellent and affordable selection of teas, and the chicken salad sandwich on croissant I had was beautifully plated and delicious. Better still, everything is served on unique finds from the thrift store! I can’t wait to take my daughter and nieces here for a tea party!

I’ve been here multiple times & enjoy introducing friends to Cup of Dreams TeaRoom. Thanks to Susan & her loving team of mentors for the opportunity to meet these precious kids & see the well rounded practical help they receive. What a hidden gem for Jacksonville.

I took my niece for her 11th birthday and was pleasantly surprised! It was so nice , a cozy tea room with outstanding food and tea! Tomato bisque soup assortment of sandwiches and desserts- everything was delicious and the service was outstanding! I want to give a special shout out to Veronica and Heidi Thank you for a wonderful experience ,we will definitely return!Kid-friendliness: My 11 year old niece absolutely loved it and so did I

What a great little spot and option to help support people of different abilities. This little tea room this located in back if the organization's thrift store. Typical thrift store feel but head to the back and they have a cute little setup for afternoon tea or lunch. They have persons of all abilities helping make the food and serve the food to learn new soft and hard skills and all the proceeds stay with in the organization to help offer more programing. Our server was great and very nice and attentive. The tea trays are huge and filled with half sandwiches and baked goods from a local bakery. It is definitely worth checking out and supporting these individuals. We will be back again.

We went there this weekend for my sister and Godmothers Birthday and it was the best experience in my life. The staff was amazing and the soup/sandwiches/tea was better than I have ever had anywhere and you have to try the coffee amazing better than Starbucks could ever be and the store attached is great thriftstore. If I lived in Jacksonville I would go there everytime the doors were open. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME Sevice and Food and EXPERIENCE !!
This was the most pleasant and peaceful experience I’ve had in a long time. This place is absolutely amazing and the staff are even more incredible. Everyone is as kind as can be and the tea and salad I had were so good! Keaton was helping me and he is incredibly kind and patient, and willing to assist you with anything you need! No questions asked. He was AWESOME! They all are. You’re missing out on a wonderful hidden gem if you haven’t tried this place! :) ❤️ (not to mention extremely affordable)

Love everything about this place! When you walk in, you're actually in a little thrift shop with lots of unique items for purchase. The tea room Is all the way in the back. Not only are the food and tea delicious, but I love that their mission is to provide training, employment, and social opportunities for individuals with special needs. Our server was very sweet and attentive and took great care of us. They do offer sweet and savory menu items, but we were celebrating a friend's birthday, so we ordered a pot of tea and the dessert tray. The dessert tray had a sweet assortment of cookies, macarons, cake, and brownies. Our server also brought out a complimentary plate of crackers/biscuits and flavored butter. Yum! The tea was served in a beautiful pot and they also provided honey for us to sweeten the tea ourselves. My youngest opted for a hot chocolate. We all had a great time. They even have an assortment of hats that you can borrow to get in the "tea time" spirit and take pictures. After we finished eating, we were told we were welcome to explore and check out their garden in the back. They have certain days where you can actually come in and work in the garden with them also. Such a great place! They have walk in hours but I recommend making a reservation. Tables are limited in the tea room, so a reservation will guarantee you a seat unless you want to shop while waiting for a table.
