Came here for ice cream. I don’t know why I bother because nine out of 10 times y’all don’t have what I’m looking for and y’all don’t help me find a good replacement. Y’all just let me walk away with my business. Anyways I went in for ice cream with my kids and Wow, mind blown. It was last Wednesday night and she was amazing. I’ve already been back with my kids twice. Keep up the good work.

Can’t tell if it’s good they had an attitude at the drive through huffing when I tried to customize order so I decided to leave 8:30 pm on 6/5 .

I just left the drive thru 2/18/25 at 3:00 pm the lady working was so incredibly sweet. My food was amazing. Best drive through service I’ve ever had, genuinely such a sweet person. Dunkin you need to give that girl a raise before I recruit her elsewhere just saying 😂😂

I ordered a birthday cake for pickup. I have been calling for THREE days straight to change the ice cream flavor in the cake. (Email stated please provide 48 hr notice for adjustment to the order) In consideration, I thought I would call a few days ahead.NO ANSWER. How do you run a business without answering the phone? Unprofessional. Called the customer service twice and was told someone will reach out to me. STILL WAITING. Simple customer service step. I don't understand.

Wednesday morning team needs a lot of help. Hire more people. I stopped going to the Mayport location because they would always get my order wrong and they would make me wait a long time after I had placed an order over the phone with plenty of time now it looks like the same thing is starting to happen here on Atlantic. I’m going to give the Dunkin on beach a chance and if I get the same service over there, I’m going to have to give up on Dunkin altogether

I come to this location every Monday morning and this time I went my experience wasn’t like the past visits and I’m highly disappointed by the lack of respect by the woman who I spoke with she told me her name was Amanda and when I asked for corporate’s number she got a attitude and called me a racial slur. This will be my last time ever going to Dunkin’ Donuts I don’t understand how this company allows the uttermost blatant disrespect from a employee this woman needs to be removed if this location wants to remain in business I will inform others to avoid this location/

I ordered two matchas at this place. And instead of getting them I got two unsweetened teas. Tried calling the store and no one answered. If the matcha was out.. why didn’t I get a refund or something, a phone call? But instead sent unsweetened tea. Tried calling a store off of beach Blvd. some guy answered and told us that there is no manager or anything until tomorrow. Extremely unprofessional. I wasted 20 dollars for an order I never received. And there was a hair stick to one one the cups? Gross

This is the worst location to go to for Dunkin’ Donuts product. The staff are slow and they have a horrible attitude. I just went for the first time in like 15 months to give it another shot and once again bad attitude and orders are never ready or wrong.
