I just left the drive thru 2/18/25 at 3:00 pm the lady working was so incredibly sweet. My food was amazing. Best drive through service I’ve ever had, genuinely such a sweet person. Dunkin you need to give that girl a raise before I recruit her elsewhere just saying 😂😂

I ordered a birthday cake for pickup. I have been calling for THREE days straight to change the ice cream flavor in the cake. (Email stated please provide 48 hr notice for adjustment to the order) In consideration, I thought I would call a few days ahead.NO ANSWER. How do you run a business without answering the phone? Unprofessional. Called the customer service twice and was told someone will reach out to me. STILL WAITING. Simple customer service step. I don't understand.

Wednesday morning team needs a lot of help. Hire more people. I stopped going to the Mayport location because they would always get my order wrong and they would make me wait a long time after I had placed an order over the phone with plenty of time now it looks like the same thing is starting to happen here on Atlantic. I’m going to give the Dunkin on beach a chance and if I get the same service over there, I’m going to have to give up on Dunkin altogether

I come to this location every Monday morning and this time I went my experience wasn’t like the past visits and I’m highly disappointed by the lack of respect by the woman who I spoke with she told me her name was Amanda and when I asked for corporate’s number she got a attitude and called me a racial slur. This will be my last time ever going to Dunkin’ Donuts I don’t understand how this company allows the uttermost blatant disrespect from a employee this woman needs to be removed if this location wants to remain in business I will inform others to avoid this location/

I ordered two matchas at this place. And instead of getting them I got two unsweetened teas. Tried calling the store and no one answered. If the matcha was out.. why didn’t I get a refund or something, a phone call? But instead sent unsweetened tea. Tried calling a store off of beach Blvd. some guy answered and told us that there is no manager or anything until tomorrow. Extremely unprofessional. I wasted 20 dollars for an order I never received. And there was a hair stick to one one the cups? Gross

This is the worst location to go to for Dunkin’ Donuts product. The staff are slow and they have a horrible attitude. I just went for the first time in like 15 months to give it another shot and once again bad attitude and orders are never ready or wrong.

This is my pretty much everyday lunch break coffee stop. I’ve rarely had issue and it’s never anything crazy (short wait or too much almond milk small things like that which I don’t sweat.) the whole staff is solid but Garret deserves a shout out!

Ordered at the drive thru just a few minutes ago and I just had the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food establishment. First off they messed up my order and only got half of the order, then they got my coffee completely wrong. I ordered a cold brew and got a regular coffee with cream and sugar and The hot honey sandwhoch barely has hot honey on it. These kids at this location are very incompetent and have no clue what is going on and I don’t ever think they care. This location is a complete bust I highly recommend not going to this dunkin ever! Go to the mayport one instead!

My last couple of visits my order has not been quite right. This morning I ordered the snackin' bacon which was supposed to be brown sugar/pepper. I got a small order of plain bacon. No one seems to really care if you are there or not. When I picked my order up I said "thank you" to the man giving it to me. He didn't utter one word in response. No customer service at this location.

Thank you delaney for your kindness and determination to make my coffee taste delicious, I had stopped coming to this Dunkin location even though it was right by my work bc the iced cold brew coffees had been tasting like water, with wayyyy too much cream but no flavor at all. He took the time to make a coffee I loved and I was met with such a friendly attitude and I’m just really thankful, the little things are not little in this world, kindness goes such a long way. GOD BLESS <3
