I use to love coming here but the lack of attention to detail has dissuaded me from coming back. It’s always hit or miss. If the app works and I make an online order the workers won’t pay attention to the details on the order. If I ask for less ice, I get standard ice. If I ask for no ice, I get standard ice. If I ask for cheddar cheese they give me American cheese. If I ask for extra cheese (which is an extra cost) , I get s single slice.
I has been like this for the past 2 years since I moved to Florida. I’m not sure if the workers just don’t care or if they truly don’t pay attention to the order details but regardless I won’t be coming back here.

Poor. All around poor experience. Ordered hot chocolate with whip cream. Was given no whip cream on beverage. Also it was watery and flavorless. I threw it away. My partner got a latte and asked for sweet cream. Was told “we don’t have sweet cream”. They didn’t offer any alternative, such as a flavored cold foam. Poor service and a long wait for disappointing drinks.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the cashier was outside smoking. She gave me a nasty look, then walked back inside. A moment later, she finally said “good afternoon” over the speaker. As I started to place my order and politely said “good afternoon,” she suddenly shouted at me to wait — no “please,” no “sorry.” It was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband immediately told me to just leave, but since I really needed to grab something to eat, I stayed. Honestly, it was a very uncomfortable and disrespectful experience.

So since I moved here in 2023 the customer service has been off and on. This morning, I order 2 espresso shots in a big cup (so I could put my protein with the shots). I SAID I WILL PAY FOR THE CUP. AFTER WAITING IN the long drive thur, I get to the window and it's a small cup, I ask the lady can I get the big cup and I'll pay AGAIN! SHE GOES OVER TO THE MANGER , (SHES ALWAYS RUDE) TO ASK HER AND SHE DIDNT KNOW THE WINDOW WAS OPEN AND WAS LIKE JUST PUT IT IN A BIGGER CUP, SHES WASTING MY CUPS. IM SORRY DID I NOT SAY ILL PAY FOR IT. IM SORRY DO YOU OWN DUNKIN?? IM PRETTY SURE YOU DONT! IM SORRY I NEED MY PROTEIN SO I CAN GO WORK FOR THE MILITARY. I HAVE LOST WEIGHT AND I NEED IT FOR HEALTH REASONS. IM CALLING CORPORATE... I WAS SO PISS I LEFT MY CHANGE. I WILL BE BACK AT LUNCH TO GET HER NAME AND MY CHANGE LMAO. Then the wait!!! It's like 5 of them in there!

The employees that were working on Saturday July 26 at 11:30am are extremely rude!!! I placed a mobile online order came in and waited 30 minutes for it while they took everyone’s order in the drive through. I said excuse me to one worker to check on my food she acted like she didn’t hear me then said I need to wait. Bc they were “busy” meanwhile I placed my order at 10:45 am and waited for 39 minutes AND MY FOOD WAS DONE AND READY JUST SITTING IN A BAG ON THE COUNTER GETTING COLD. I finally went back up to have them cancel my order then she turned around and grabbed the bag and threw it on the mobile order pick up counter. So they obviously knew my food was there ready and I am waiting for it and they just simply refused to give it to me because that made them feel important or powerful. And the older lady that rides the e-bike is EXTREMELY rude, rides the ebike through your store I’m not sure how sanitary that is by any means. Will never be retuning here again and will let everyone know. Extremely rude and unprofessional and EXTREMELY unapproachable !!!

Both times I’ve gone here the customer service has been lacking. There’s a promotion for these ice cream themed coffees [butter pecan, cookie dough, mint chocolate chip]

So when my husband ordered our drinks he said signature iced latte for the chocolate mint and cookie dough. Instead of correcting us and letting us know what is being promoted is strictly the frozen variation of the lattes
 the employee instead waited until we already payed and was actively handing us the drink to let us know. Didn’t even ask if I would like to add whipped cream or anything to modify the drink. Didn’t apologize. But the chocolate mint one was offered in a signature latte but they couldn’t do the cookie dough on the SAME promotion??? Not only that but we ordered glazed munchkins for our son and got the chocolate ones. We had a similar experience the time before going here as well. This is not customer service and I suggest if someone appears to think they’re ordering something that isn’t exactly on the menu, correct them? Let them know. Not when they’ve already paid.
