Places a pit they’re more worried about making their drive-through orders then they are their mobile pick up orders. Hopefully, the place will go out of business. If you call for a delivery order, he may never get it. Just ask the Allen guy who never got his.

The women there were very friendly warm and helpful.
The only negative thing is the donuts are small and not fresh anymore at dunkin' donuts.

Hello my name is Emily… I just wanted to say this is the best Dunkin donut store they have all in Jacksonville FL they are always very nice very respectful crew they always make my mocha iced coffee to the best it could be in this world. I highly recommend if you want your Dunkin then stop on in at Mayport location because baby they got it going on.

This place just sucks. I love Dunkin’s food, but this store specifically never gets it right. They constantly give me the wrong order or just flat out don’t include the item. IF the item is even “in stock”. Do not order this place from Uber Eats. They know they can F up your order and you get a refund and they genuinely don’t care. It’s lazy and sad and they love to ruin your mornings.

2nd time I've been to this Dunkin location this week and been unable to get the drink I ordered (decaf latte... don't judge!) in my mobile order. They offer to substitute a cheaper drink...no refund in cash or to the app...they do apologize. Not a solution. If they offered a more expensive drink or drink and food combo, that would be a solution that might be ok with me.

Literally was the only person in line. Literally only ordered a large sweet tea and nothing else. After waiting for 8 to 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru no one even came to the window to take payment.

HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO HANDLE THE RUSH.
People don’t go to dunkin to wait 25 minutes for a coffee. Second time this month I walked in here and they are understaffed, lines are long, employees are stressed. They are a busy store, I empathize with the manager a lot, they need better staff, that show up.

I'm ashamed at what I spent. Raw bacon is not cool and the bread smelled of mold! Cheese was questionable. I couldn't eat it at all! I would return everything if I could go back out. The Huge garbage bag of donuts in the rain by the back door. Why would they do that? Then When I asked for a bag so I could carry everything. This young lady had no clue and was rather bothered that I asked. I definitely will not go back. It's been going down for a long while. This was nasty and the amount of money I waisted was not cool!

There’s no mgr there today 2 kids both have no idea what doing. 2 diff people took my order, car in front me was there 10 min so they must gotten there order wrong. When I pulled up they had someone else’s order ready not mine. I literally just ordered 1 med coffee. Normally great service but today 2 untrained employees who were clueless
