Jersey Mike's Subs

This is the most disgusting sandwich I have ever gotten from here or any where else. I placed order online. Under instructions I typed light on wet condiments. The sandwich was soaking wet in the bag and thru the bread. It was disgusting. It took me awhile to find any chicken salad on the bread, but I finally found some. I was told there was only one person working in there. That is not my fault. I paid for a product at fill price and in return I got an in edible piece of wet bread. Disgusting!

Dirty! While waiting on line the customers ahead of me ordered ham, the person preparing the sandwich then grabs fully unwrapped turkey with her ham gloves.
Pissed me off because all I wanted was a Turkey and Provolone Mike’s way 😏

I usually go to Jersey Mike's in Jacksonville, in others the service is friendly and kind but this is the worst ever, I have been there 3 times and the service is always the worst, they are not polite, they are not friendly, definitely have no smile.

Today for lunch, I put in an online order for pick up. My confirmation said it will be ready at 12:29. I arrived to the store and it was not there. A lady was standing waiting for her order already. There were two young men making sandwiches and one young lady working the cash register. There was a line of four people. After standing there for several minutes, I was finally acknowledged and asked what my name was. The thinner kid started grabbing the tickets that were clearly set up for online orders. The two guys were very agitated about the online orders as a delivery person also came to pick up an order and it was not made. Instead of any of them acknowledging us and apologizing, the two guys were talking, smack about the situation. The guy making my sandwich clearly seemed to take out his aggression on my poor bread. Anyone would’ve understood that they may have been busy, but the manager should train the employees to communicate to the customers and just apologize and appear to be empathetic. Many of us are on a lunch break and are under time constraints unfortunately. This was my first time here and had been wanting to try this place. I will definitely not return.

This is the best jersey mikes I’ve been to! They’re always so happy and kind, and of course produce consistent, solid sandwiches. One time I ordered catering for lunch- same day, and they were prompt and happy to help me out to my car.

They have Agave Cream Soda and Agave Root Beer. Tried the cream soda and it rocks.

Great sandwich. The kids working were great. About 10 minutes after I left I realized I'd left my debit card, called and the super cool staff had my card on the register waiting for me.

Five Stars on all points with this location! The service is ALWAYS top notch with the crew at the Atlantic Beach location. We have never disappointed with both the food and service. Keep it up!

Amazing service friendly staff and hot food! The older gentleman was great! Not sure his name but it was at 2:50 PM n Saturday 7/2/24. The world needs more gentleman like that!
