Is this place reopening? My favorite place to go was this location, they have the best bowls!! I don’t know what happened but they have been closed for months but their other locations are still open

I want so bad to give this a better review because it was my favorite place to eat at the beach for a long time. When this place first opened it was excellent. There was a girl there that [seemed like she] ran the place, and she always knew my order, had it ready, she was amazing, and she seemed to be there open to close every day. But the day I went in and she wasn’t there, that’s when things went downhill. I wish I could remember her name.
JuiceTap service is super slow now, unsanitary. I can see why it’s now deserted, they’re never open when I go by in the middle of the day, the quality of fruits and veggies has gone down and the toast was a joke. Even the menu that are on TV- 2 are broken and have been for a long time so there’s just two black screen tv on the walls not working… I don’t know, shouldn’t that get fixed? 🤔 I want to frequent this place so often, I used to be there multiple times a week & I’d buy their juice cleanses…. but it’s just not the same juice bar it was when it first opened and it’s clear it’s not being managed well. Hope they can turn things around cuz I miss it so much. Xo

Place is amazing, but poorly ran. It’s only open 10-6 and I can’t remember a week where it was actually open those hours. I own a business in the area and come here often. I’ve noticed on Thursday a lot there will just be a sign that says closing at 2, the online still says it’s open, so unless u show up to see the sign you will never know. Lately it has been closed for numerous days. This place is in a prime area. Atlantic beach, everyone wants to be healthy, but without consistency how are you supposed to create regulars. I own a Japanese place nearby and tell all my regulars, but due to how often it is not open I am no longer doing so.

First couple of times we came here it was a great experience! We came today hoping to get some acai bowls and along with 5 or 6 other disappointed customers, left empty-handed as they still weren't open by 10:15 despite the fact that their operating hours said they open at 10:00! Please do a better job at opening on time or at least putting a disclosure on the door or website that operating hours will be different.

I forgot to take a picture of my bowl 😩 but I just LOVE love love Brenda—she’s the best! The nicest, sweetest person, and her customer service is through the roof. I love the fact that she makes everything with love 🥰💕 She’s definitely my number 1 (no offense to Moe, I love him too 😂😂).

axavier was the most welcoming employee. I ordered two smoothies to go and I caught him cleaning up the whole store just for me. He made my order PERFECT JUST HOW I LIKE IT. BEST EMPLOYEE i love his açaí!!!! 😛

To be fair, our smoothies were pretty good but we almost didn't want to drink them because while we were waiting for our smoothies to be made we realized this place doesn't look like it's been cleaned in weeks. My partner even noticed the front rug smelled awful and was badly stained.

I come here a lot and every single time it’s been wonderful. The staff here is very attentive and friendly. Always a blast when eating here. Not to mention there “got a date” is sooooo good. I have to hold myself back from getting it everyday 10/10 for sure.
