PHENOMENAL SERVICE ! EVERY TIME. These girls always make my day they explain the menu without getting annoyed they’re patient while I look at the menu they SMILE. ALL OF THEM. SO BIG. Clean location, service is fairly friendly, but their systems are broke. Only take cash inside at register and orders get lost meaning you’ll be waiting for a long time if you don’t speak up to the staff that’s already stressed to the max from everything being broken.

Do not come here unless u want the worst service in Jacksonville AND the worst food you could possibly get from a McDonald’s. I Ordered, then respectfully asked to use the bathroom, since the door was locked. The employee threw her hands in the air in frustration saying “oh my god” and walked away and never came to unlock the door. The food then came out and tasted like barely cooked beaver ears. 0/10

In a time when ordering fast food seems to guarantee nothing short of utter disappointment, today was different. I ordered this afternoon using the app for the first time. I was surprised at how polite and well spoken the voice on the speaker was. She was upbeat and called me by name after I provided the order number. Next, the lady at the drive through was very polite and engaged in a very brief but genuine conversation. My food was promptly delivered and the food seemed to be freshly made and as a bonus, the order was filled correctly. Thanks ladies for exceeding my expectations.

Food was very fresh, public space was clean. They were very short staffed but were doing everything they could to get customers their food. I ordered via mobile and had the sandwich within 3 minutes. This is a great location. Highly reccoment.

The atmosphere is McDonald's. The food is a McMuffin, but it was good! Like, the egg wasn't overdone rubbery, it was, dare I say it, tasty. The English muffin was good, it could have been toasted a bit more, but that isn't what you get at McDonald's. For a Mickey D's, the perfectly done egg was what set them apart. And the Canadian Bacon was delicious, and the slice of Velveeta was what it is. The egg ruled, and it was good!

This particular store gets my order wrong about 9 times out of 10, but it’s the closest location to my house. Highly recommend checking your bag before leaving if you are using the drive through. Service is a mix; there’s some really nice people here; then there’s some that are just downright rude. If you can, go to another location.

In comparison to other McDonald's only, the experience was ok, but I would try to go to another location if I wanted the food, taste, and consistency for which the company is known. I dined inside. My order, which is not a common menu item, usually is hot, thus was not. It was warm, ok. The receipt number, not the table stand number, was called, adding a little confusion. I was not provided with a receipt. The entrance was somewhat dimly lit, and there were several people smoking nearby. Some of the same people entered and exited several times.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessible parking, an accessible entrance, accessible seating.
