The workers here are the slowest moving humans on the planet. Expect to wait 20min for a simple order. I've been here 4-5times on different shifts... same story. They do a good job on the food though....So no complaints there...

the service is non existing, McDonald's runs there business like dollar general. always under staffed, i have yet to walk in any McDonald's and receive mediocre service much less good service.

When we go to Neptune Beach me and my kids go to this McDonald's. It's very busy but always clean when I go there. Food was good!! Love this McDonald's no long wait or nothing!

PHENOMENAL SERVICE ! EVERY TIME. These girls always make my day they explain the menu without getting annoyed they’re patient while I look at the menu they SMILE. ALL OF THEM. SO BIG. They are KIND HEARTED and always so sweet to me. The food comes out CORRECT and FAST every single time. The only dependable McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Clean location, service is fairly friendly, but their systems are broke. Only take cash inside at register and orders get lost meaning you’ll be waiting for a long time if you don’t speak up to the staff that’s already stressed to the max from everything being broken.

Do not come here unless u want the worst service in Jacksonville AND the worst food you could possibly get from a McDonald’s. I Ordered, then respectfully asked to use the bathroom, since the door was locked. The employee threw her hands in the air in frustration saying “oh my god” and walked away and never came to unlock the door. The food then came out and tasted like barely cooked beaver ears. 0/10
